of content using the microphone. Hence, it contributes in converting the spoken words to text, thus saving lot
of time in writing things.

improving focus and comprehension. Likewise, it allows change font text, size, background colour and
spacing. Furthermore, Split up words into syllables, thus it is tool those implement proven techniques that
lead in improving writing and reading for the people, irrespective of age or ability.

It is one of the features that contribute in identifying the underlined word or phrase to accept or ignore the
suggestion. It is free services that helps in knowing about all the grammatical and spelling error that has been

As per the changing world and business situation, in order to prepare for the future job, it is highly important that an individual would have a
required knowledge of technology and its impact towards the job market. Likewise, with the changing technology various new job opportunities
have been arise in every filed with certain level of innovation (Freddi, 2018). Digital marketing, online trading, online selling and various other
jobs have been emerged as a result of technological advancement (Webster and Ivanov, 2020).
In order to prepare for the changing business world and jobs, an individual need to be cautious towards the changing technology and the
upgradation of it. Likewise, an individual need to look towards the changing world and situation related with technology advancement and its

HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
The above 10 artefacts played an important role in the development of my employability. This can be understood as when I understood and
grab the knowledge regarding the new features of the MS word then I understand its importance that how it plays an important role in the job.
In the same way with this knowledge I learned that how important it is in terms of writing emails and other office related work.
Likewise, when I performed by SWOT analysis I came to know about my strength and weakness that how with the efficient utilisation of my
strength I would explore the employment world and how it will help me in grabbing success in my employment. This way I also understood
about my weakness on which I need to work. Likewise, with the aspect of understanding threats and opportunities I can make formulation of
my strategies and make grab of opportunities along with reducing threats.
In the same way when I prepare my personal development plan it help me a lot in raising the employability because it helps me to enhance the
skill and strength of mine along with learning of those skills which would lead to raise the success in aspect of employability.
When I make paraphrasing and summarizing the concept of continue of career planning during covid lockdown I understand that planning of
career and making use of available resources in the best and possible way would lead to raise employability and success rather than looking
towards the loopholes. In the same way during the summarizing the lsst student become lecture artefacts I learned a lot of new skills including
the communication, presentation and various other skills that would play an important role in the employability and exploration of future
profession and career. This help me to understand that how with the aspect of various skills an individual can explore its career and
employability.
The artefact of resource of job hunting i.e. Linkedin would helped me a lot in finding the best job and employment of my choice. With this I
explore the corporate market and grab the best job which suit my interest and capabilities. This has make me finding and exploring the best
employment.
With the artefact of Bucks Graduate Attributes, I would able to get develop the qualities that are associated with the innovative leader which
would more glorify my employability. As this has helped me in learning leadership qualities which is counted as one of the important aspect in
relation with every employment and thus it helped me a lot.
The academic resources I grabbed the knowledge and required information which would assist me in performing my employment and job. This
has helped in exploring knowledge that I would become an asset of my organization in terms of high knowledge and information.
