HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)

With the help of filling below 10 artifacts, I will able to enhance my chances to get hire in some reputable firm. Such as with the help of this structure I was able to
evaluate my personal strengths which will help me to know my personal abilities to do tasks in most effective manner. With the evaluation of my weaknesses I am
able to know the areas on which I require high amount of work in order to make me better with minimizing my weaknesses. With various opportunities, I am able to
analyze different opportunities that are available within the market place along with the latest trends that requires skilled people. Along with all of that I was also
able to analyze my threats which restrict me sometimes in order to perform some tasks at specific location of time. In order to overcome my weaknesses and avoid
my threats, I had prepared my personal development plan in order to improve my abilities within stipulated period of time through specific activities within specified
time duration. Apart from this, I had also prepared future career development plan which would help me to achieve success even after this pandemic and drastic
scenario in current days. This activity also helped me to search the ways in which the job description and job specification has been prepared which highly helps
me in my future career terms when I am going to find correct and suitable job opportunity for me. I have also learned about various online job hunting websites
which exceedingly efficient enough to make an individual successful in order to find job opportunities relevant or related to the subject in which I will able to pursue
my job for the betterment of my future life.
Through this activity, I was also got an opportunity to know about the Google Books which will help me to gain knowledge and enhance my understanding in
relevant subject which are related to my education. This will help me in my academic career as well as in my professional career also with most appropriate
methods. I was also able to evaluate new opportunities arises with the introduction of new and advanced technologies in recent trends through which I am able to
grab my suitable opening related to my subject of education and career perspective. I was able to research about the latest job trends available during the present
time with considering latest drastic situations in the market place in which everyone is concerned about their job and career development opportunities. Apart from
this I was also able to grab knowledge in which I will prepare myself in order to grab such prospects in most efficient manner. This module also able to understand
me about my skills and learning material through which I will definitely enhance my understanding and get complete advantage in such pandemic quarantine
situation in order to increase my career growth chances.

take necessary step i.e. Lockdown in order to flatten the curve of such drastic situation, I will utilize my time in this quarantine in order
to take advantage of such circumstances. This is the great way and opportunity for everyone to focus on ourselves strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities as well as any kind of threats at workplace that restricts an individual to do something. I will keep me up to
date with the help of doing studies on the current topics along with my career related theme so that it benefits me at the time of
searching for my job opportunities (Mahmud, M.S., and et.al., 2021). I will also review my annual performance within the college and set
performance goals for the upcoming year in order to get success in my student life as well as after the college when I get placement in
some reputable firm, thus in my career life as well. I will also evaluate about my certain abilities such as:
