INTRODUCTION
An Reflection essay is the process which highlights the number of experiences
countered in a particular scenarios. It is the inclusion of mixtures of experiences that
explore by an individual during a specific time period. In regard to the above discussion
below are the brief reflection of my experiences that has been faced by me during the
assessment (Back, Fromme, and Meier, 2019).
MAIN BODY
From the past experiences I gained so much informations and knowledge which
helped me in enhancing my personality as well as developed number of skills which will
assist me in future concerns. At the time of performing the Mentioned module I was so
excited in order to learn the new skills and knowledge. In the starting I was assigned by
task which need to addressed through academic knowledge and skills. At the time of
initiating the module I was so excited. In regard to the project I performed number of
practises such as I performed the secondary researches though which I collected the
number of informations and data that matched with the provided module. All these
process were performed in taking into the consideration of academic integrity. In the
initial of my project I was not fully aware with the concept of academic integrity, but with
the proper guidance of my university tutors I understood all the processes and concept.
During the mentioned module I got the chances in order to broaden my knowledge and
skills. I indulged in group tasks in which all the operations were need to be performed in
the same goal. In the starting of module we all were full of enthusiasm, but at the time
we started the project we faced number of issues. One of the main issues that
addressed at that time was regard to the proper team management (Blewitt, Parsons,
and Shane, 2018).
During the initiation of project we lacked with the proper project planning and
delegation of work. Due to such scenarios we missed some initial deadlines which were
created by our group members. By these scenarios a complex situation were created
that impacted our productivity as well as declined our morale. At, that time I took the
initiative in order to eliminate the issues. One of the first step which addressed by me is
that I created the mapping of all our actions. Due to such process I got the visuals of all

the processes that performed by team members during the project. It helped me in
order to identified the main issues which impacting the team productivity. In order to
resolve the addressed issues I took the number of steps regard to solve the issues
such as distributed all the tasks according to the skills and knowledge of individual.
Before the mentioned practices I communicated with each individuals through which I
gained the insights and helped me in order to understand their personal skills which can
be used for completion of module. By such process I somehow noted the issues as well
as skills of all the group member which can be used in enchaining the group
productivity.
By All these process I created effective plan which were used in achieving the
goal. In regard to this I created the small small goals with a specific time frame.
Secondly all the tasks were divided according to individual strength. After this process
timely audits were performed in order to addressed the real issues in the module. At
the time of performing the mentioned fun citrons I discovered my personality as a
protagonist which is necessary for an effective leadership. By performing the
mentioned process I achieved all the goals on time which helped me in order to
eliminate the project deadlines.
During the module I performed so many researches and read the number of
articles regard to the business topics which helped me in order to enhance my
knowledge. In regard to this I read number of business books as well as watched the
interviews of successful entrepreneurs which boosted my morale in regard to achieve
my personal life goals. During the module I connected with number of peoples such as
mu colleagues , industrial experts. I communicated various time with my mentor also
which helped me in order to find the solutions of issues which impacting the
performance. By performing all these activities I enhanced my personality, time
management skills, become more social, developed knowledge skills, problem solving,
critical thinking and creative approach. As all these development of skills will surely
help me in my future attributes. Through these functions now I can easily face the
future challenges more effectively (Montoya, and et. al., 2019).
In relation to this communication skills which developed during the module will
surely helped me in communicating with different peoples which is important for

business functions. Moreover the social skills will help me in order to understand the
situation which impacting the productivity. Hence, through addressing these issues a
solution can be derived. These skills and knowledge as well as experiences which I
gained from the above mentioned practises will surely helped me in my academic
career to. In future any relatable task or module could be performed more efficiently. I
can use the time management skills in my academic traits in order to perform all the
tasks on time. Furthermore, the communication skills will help me in order to derive the
issues more specifically to the concern party in order to get the optimum solutions
(Kingery, Erdley, and Scarpulla, 2020).
CONCLUSION
From the analysis of above reflection report various personal skills were
highlighted that helped me in order to achieve the goals on time. Communication
skills,social skills and problem solving skills were addressed in the above discussion
that helped me in order to manage the provided responsibilities more efficiently.
Moreover, various learnings were also gained that helped me in broaden my academic
knowledge.
