The learning and education of a student changes the behaviour and personality that an individual have. It is important for

According to the article, one of the major life turning as well as career turning point of the student is when they graduate
from their universities. Mr Levy left LSST in the year 2015 after studying business with the prestigious college. Accordion
to the author when someone leaves the college they not really leaves the college and be present as an alumni. They
stay in touch with the staff members and their friends and continuously share their life long experiences. It is important
for those students to make sure that they are working hard in their career. In case of Mr Levy, when he become on of the
lecturer in the university it was a wonderful experience for them and was very overwhelming at the same time. The new
perspective that the individual have was extremely new and knowledgeable for the lecturer.

Learning MS Word has helped me in my professional life as the features of MS Word are really helpful in preparing an effective report in the
business. MS Word is one of those tools that is helpful in every professional job as the reports and presentations are prepared with the help of
these tools. Further Personal SWOT Analysis has helped me in analysing my strengths, so that I can further maintain and develop them in
future. I can further work on my weaknesses so that it can benefit me in my job and further in the learning skills that are relevant for the job.
Threats and opportunities will help me in realising the areas through which I can make progress in my career. SWOT has helped me in
analysing my skills and what are things that I need to enhance to further get successful in my career. The PDP is helpful in committing to the
goals and objectives and further using that outline to enhance the skills that are relevant in the career. Personal Development Plan is created
to ensure that the candidate is following a set criteria through which I will develop my skills and further work on them through techniques.
Personal development plan should be built on the SM ART objectives so that the goals and objectives that the candidate is looking for
accomplishing can be achieved without any problem. Job hunting is one of the most essential task that needs to be accomplished as the
candidate will only be able to get a good job if they are actively looking for jobs in the environment. There are several resources that can be
used for job hunting, one of the prime example of such resource is LinkedIn as it helps in searching for the relevant job in the specific area.
LinkedIn further keeps the candidate updated about the recent events in the particular industry so that they can stay updated about it. Job
description is helpful for the candidates as they get the gist of the job and what I need to perform in the particular job. There are several types
of job description documents that are prepared by the organisations so the candidate must be able to read and interpret them so that they can
fulfil the requirements that the company is looking for. Further the preparation for the upcoming environment is necessary as the candidate
would be exposed to several factors that will impact the career and the field in which they operate. All these things would help me in enhancing
the skills and attributes that are required in the professional life and further in my career advancement in the future. Further these skills would
help in creating more job opportunities for me and I will be able to secure a good job in the future.
