APPENDIX 1: New Features of MS WORD (RM Unify version)
Dictate Function MS WORD is considered one of the most powerful word processors for Window and MAC users. To define it better,
Microsoft is a program which gives to the computer users the opportunity to create, to sort and save documents.
Today I am going to discuss about the three new features of MS WORD, which are:
-Dictate
-Immersive Reader
-Editor
Dictate is the tool which allows the computer users to utilise speech to text MS WORD. Through this feature the
person can write using his own voice. He also can create a new paragraph and insert the correct punctuation by
simply saying loud “new line” , “punctuation”..
I believe it is a good feature for those who do not really like to write or are not confident in their language skills.
I have never used this feature, since I like to read and write my own.
Immersive Reader Immersive Reader in Microsoft Word is a tool which helps to read a document, a report using some tips that help to
improve the reading skills, fluency, pronunciation, focus regardless age and ability. I have never used this feature,
because I always prefer to read by myself. I believe that if I read by my own, I will remember better what I have read
and will understand the context better.

Editor Editor feature is considered one of the best ones, since it helps a lot to bring out a document in a proper way. By
using Editor feature the student always can improve the content that they have written. It is helps the students to
identify the error by underlying the issue that is being found. There is option of accepting the change or just ignoring
it.

The blog is trying to help people find a career that suits them once their course finishes.
After reading it, I understood that personality questionnaires are a great way of knowing yourself
better. This way we can more easily help ourselves enjoy good things in life, while also helping us with
situations that we may find challenging in our professional and personal life. The personality test
provided by the blog is based on the famous Myers Briggs 'personality types', which is very accurate.
The blog also helped me to understand that communication is a very important part of having success
in business, as well as in the real world. The podcast offered by the blog is a great one in helping
people develop their communication skills, as well as helping them deal with situations that make
them anxious, and situations where they have to speak spontaneously with great confidence, without
mumbling.
I also analysed that in CVs, you should highlight your ability more than your past experiences,
especially if it is your first job in a certain domain, or even your first job in general. This is because we,
as humans, change a lot. You may not enjoy any more what you found interesting 5 or 10 years ago
in university or college. This way, we rarely hold jobs that line up with what we have studied or our
past experiences. The blog gives the example of TED Resident Jason Shen, who studied biology, but
later in his career became a product manager at a tech company. Overall it helps to work on the skills
that will help to get job in future. It is necessary to utilise the fee time in proper manner and develop
the skills that will make the students employment ready.

more then 200 countries across the world.
This company has been officially launched in 2003 by Reid Hoffman.
Nowadays, besides of providing other services as marketing, selling and learning, LinkedIn is
recognised as one of the best sources of job hunting resources which can lay out the opportunity list of
a certain company that you are looking for and also helps the job seekers by offering an easy
perspective in applying for a job.
What should i do on a first place is to create a LinkedIn profile. To create a good one I need to write a
good summary about my career the way to get noticed. To write a couple of sentences about who I am
and what I do. After that a few sentences about my experience and my top skills and my passions. To
end up the summary in the best way, it is good to mention about my future goals and how the others
members of the site can engage with me.

In Conclusion I would like to say that to have a LinkedIn profile is a good opportunity to find a good job and to be always up to date of what is
new in social and professional life of people like yourself. But the most important think we should keep it in mind is the fact that a lots of people
believe that LinkedIn is another social media platform, as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, which does not help too much in finding dream jobs,
is just for advertising. The main thing we should focus on is to complete the profile as professional as possible and to mention all the details
regarding our experiences, abilities, passions and aspirations.
