INTRODUCTION
Success refers to the accomplishment of a specific aim or a purpose. Preparing for the
success at university involves ensuring that the different types of approaches can be undertaken
which will help a lot in ensuring the attainment of the various types of goals and objectives in the
future (Grüne-Yanoff, 2016). In this essay, detailed focus will be made on reflection on the
development as a learner during the module. Additionally, specific analysis on the way adopted
for the purpose of meeting out future challenges will be covered as a part of this essay.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on the development as a learner during the module-
I am a student who is studying in the university. I have learned various things as a part of
my learning experience during the module. In the university, we attended a workshop on RM
Unify and Office Applications which helped a lot in ensuring overall development in a highly
effective manner.
In the Week 1, we learned more about Intro to RM Unify and Office Applications. In
Week 1, Intro to BNU Degree Programme and PSKC was also taught to us. In Week 2, Digital
literacy and technology skills was taught by the teachers.
In the Week 4, Reflection was taught to us by the teachers. Further we also studied about
Presentation Skills, Learning Styles and Academic writing skills. Thus in the module we were
able to learn more about them to make sure that the overall learning and development can be
completed in the right manner.
Therefore, I can say that it was a nice learning experience for me because I was able to
ensure that I learn about the wide range of needs and requirements in a highly effective manner
(Kamran, 2018). In this way I was able to make sure that I used the appropriate methods and
techniques to be able to learn in the right manner during the module. At the start of the module, I
was a student who was not so good in the studies. I did not had any specific interest in the
studies.
However, after attending the different classes given by my teachers in the university I
was able to make sure that I effectively and efficiently understood the wide range of needs and
requirements in the right manner. Thus the topics which have been taught by my teachers in the
university during the module have helped me a lot in ensuring that I develop my own skills and

competencies effectively and efficiently. I have developed progressively as a learner during the
module which has allowed me to be able to make sure that I can attain my own goals and
objectives in the right manner in the future.
I have learned to identify my own mistakes during the course of the module and thus this
has helped me a lot in ensuring that I can take the various rectifying actions to correct these
particular mistakes effectively and efficiently so that I can attain success in the future.
Approach for dealing with future challenges and expectation of a university course-
While studying in a university there is a requirement of ensuring that the approach for
dealing with future challenges and expectations of a university course can be developed. The
following challenges and expectations are associated with a university course-
 The students are expected to develop their learning abilities gradually as a university
course progresses (Signori and Vismara, 2018). This can be quite helpful in ensuring that
the development of the learning abilities can be done in the right manner effectively and
efficiently in an university.
 Certain subjects in an university course are tough and thus they require that specific
attention to be paid towards them so that the students are able to deal with the various
types of needs and requirements of these subjects in a highly effective manner (Wong,
Siah and Lo, 2019). This can help the students to be able to develop the appropriate skills
and competencies so that they are able to understand these tough subjects in the right
manner.
 The students are required to make sure that they can develop their understanding in a
better manner in the university because with the progression of each year the overall level
of the course can increase. This can help them to be able to make sure that the
development of the level of understanding in the right manner.
 In the university courses, the students have to develop their skills and competencies
gradually so that they are able to meet out the needs and requirements and can score good
marks in their subjects.
There is a requirement of developing an approach for dealing with these challenges and
expectations. The approach is explained in the following manner-
 For the development of the learning abilities, it is quite important that I am able to
develop my interest in my academic subjects in the university course.

 For the development of my own skills and competencies it is quite important that I am
able to regularly assess my skills and competencies and take appropriate actions
regarding the same to ensure their development in the future effectively and efficiently.
 For the development of my understanding abilities, I need to make sure that I am able to
regularly assess my understanding and take the necessary actions for the development of
these abilities in the right manner effectively and efficiently.
 For the development of skills and competencies I have to make sure that I am able to take
the appropriate actions which will help me in bringing an improvement in them in the
right manner. In this way, I will be able to raise the level of overall efficiency and
effectiveness.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay, it can be concluded that Success refers to a state where a person
has achieved something. Development as a learner can take place in the university with each
progressing year. There are various challenges and expectations which are related with an
university course which are required to be fulfilled in the right manner by development of a
specific approach.
