INTRODUCTION
Knowledge along with creativity are essential elements in the life of an individual,
especially in student’s life. In context to students, both knowledge as well as creativity is
an important part of their learning and approaches. Knowledge is defined as the
information that is gained or learned by personnel from the experience. On the other
hand, creativity is the process of turning the imagination into practical thoughts or ideas
so that something can be formulated in a better way (Xiao and Cooke, 2019). The pillars
of knowledge and creativity facilitate an individual in completing the task and achieving
the goals associated with it. Within this report, learning development methods are
highlighted that are connected with the given module and approaches used by students
to overcome from future challenges.
MAIN BODY
For better understanding a learner, it does not facilitate a teacher or
mentor to design better materials and instructions, but also provides a path to
learners for their entire development. Those learners or students who are
having the opportunity to connect their recently acquired knowledge or
information in the working environment, they will be having keen interest in
performing better on their duties. It provides assistance to them in improving
their overall performance because they will be favourably challenged as well as
appreciated by their administrators within the workplace. This process helps the
learners in following their personal development path successfully. The benefits
acquired from remaining engaged learners favourably influence the workforce
that leads to develop a more effective organisation. All these points can be
gained through developing a culture of promoting communication, learning,
building workplace creativity, enhancing human resources efficiency,
collaborative skills and many more aspects. Academic learning facilitates an
individual to work within the workplace because they have keen interest in
encouraging their members of the group to take part in learning or training
sessions within the organisation (Elahi, 2020) . The process of learning through
knowledge and creativity provides assistance in developing the culture of
learning in the workplace. Effective communication skills facilitate the
manpower of the workplace to perform better and remove unnecessary issues.
It also helps in increasing the productivity of the human resources and develops

a strong team in workplace. Success of academy depends on effective
communication skills and commence with clear verbal conversation. From
understanding of the given module, this is concluded that students or learners
are engaged in all those courses that are useful for them and helps students as
well as teachers to take part in social activities.
Knowledge and creativity is the pillar for an individual and it defined
related to all those sections that are important to sustain in this competitive
world sessions (Mavri, Ioannou and Loizides, 2021) . It helps in determining that
academic as well as professional context is important to understand as they
engaged the learners or students for selecting all the ways that are important for
problem-solving. In simple terms, in order to develop the learning skills, module
section aids for managing all the work according to decided information
specifically, to comprehend those methods which are useful to manage the
work according to decided content. To solve the problems by using creativity
and knowledge aspects, learners are able to perform all the operations and
activities in an appropriate manner. This results in improving the overall
productivity of students on daily basis. This is because after the pandemic
situation of COVID 19, most of the sessions are conducted through online
digital mediums. Therefore, the digital skills are also improved and it supports
students to discuss and share reliable and effective information through
webinars. Such online sessions are useful for the learners because it engaged
the students to make collaboration with other individuals and this helps in
developing their communication skills also. With the help of this method, many
of the skills are improved as students were engaged in the active participation in
different social and curricular activities. In context to future learning skills
development, learners are focussing on improving and acquiring both social and
emotional aspects of learning because this will be beneficial for them in both
aspects whether it is self-development or personal growth. It results in
improving all types of skills and abilities which make the working performance of
students more effective as compared to their previous learning (de Vries and
Lubart, 2019) . Behaviour of personnel affects the working performance as it
shows attitude towards colleagues and team. Favourable and better working
behaviour of a person results in greater functioning, productivity and higher
results by team members or an individual. From perspective of an organisation,

this is the most significant segment where human resources within the
workplace should concentrate. The one who got success better knows that the
foundation of professional and personal success lies in understanding oneself
as well as others. It helps in realizing the influence of personal behaviour on
others.
Success of an individual relies on several determinants and each person
seems success in his own way or manner. But some of them are universal and
adopted by a large section of society such as academic knowledge,
communication skills, creativity and many more. These determinants are
considered as the most important factors because all these factors help
individuals in enhancing their effectiveness among the pre-decided roles of the
job (Gonzalez and Deal, 2019) . From my point of view, success is related to my
understanding of work and job-roles. It provides assistance to me in
accomplishing the work in a well-defined manner. For example, my present
focus within the selected module is to enhance and improve my learning skills
and it facilitates me to improve my future career specifically my professional
knowledge. It results in achieving the success in a better way better in terms of
career related goals. Additionally, both informal as well as formal groups play a
crucial role and it is used to engage or participate among all the actions that are
important in accomplishing the task according to pre-decided policies. It also
supports me to interact the groups that are well-qualified and helps me in
completing my professional work in a creative manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above explanation, it is interpreted that knowledge and creativity are
the most important elements to enhance academic learnings of an individual. Along with
it, both the factors plays a significant role to enhance the professional knowledge and
ethics for accomplishing roles of a specific job in an organised and systematic way.
Furthermore, module helps in learning new skills and capabilities such as, job-related
skills, communication skills, professional skills, etc. to complete task in a professional
context. In the last, reflection demonstrates the concept of learning in relation to module
that is applicable in both professional as well as academic field.
