RATIONALE
For the preparation of this portfolio the material that was chosen was calculated with the
help of effective communication skills and application of the academical and professional
contexts. For these documents individual performance, behaviour and experience in the
education and employment was considered to be the factor which influenced the learning
practices. The information on the critical thinking practices of the learners was able to make it
very exciting for the city to develop a strong understanding of how to bring critical thinking in
the own learning practices (Xiong and et.al., 2020). I also used the secondary sources for
understand gathering the key information. For gaining the knowledge of about the learning styles
I used the SWOT analysis that was useful for me to develop a strong understanding of my own
practices.
These theories of learning were the actual process that allowed me to develop a strong
understanding of how I can be able to use the most important learning styles. My SWOT helped
me recognize the weaknesses and threats which I was able to refer to during the preparation of
these portfolios. After identifying the threat to my growth as the proper communication skills I
focused on ways in which I can develop my critical thinking and be able to influence my reading
with the help of communication. For being able to access the key opportunities I have I used the
evaluation of the books to find the best ways of enhancing my growth. Books which I referred to
was the currency that helped me to move forward towards my goals.
The reason I started this research was that I want to be able to find the different types of
learning styles that can help the individual's growth. For the determination of the learning style
need to find out my social orientation which I was able to find with the help of reflecting on the
research method. My personal Swot was the major source of material which provided me the
insights of the areas which I needed to develop in order to influence my operations. The
utilization of the learning style then helped me to overcome the weaknesses and threats that I
have build over the past few moments (Day and et.al., 2020). For being the successful in the
personal development it was my duty to bring the learning practice the growth that was essential
for the development of the success.
In order to build up to the areas in need to focus for my own personal development it was
very important for me to analyse the learning practices of the operations which brought me the
success that I desired. Hence, referring to my Personal Swot I prepared a personal development

plan which covered all the activities that I needed to follow in order to be successful. It was very
important for me analyse the resources that I will require for me to achieve the learning. This
was the major aim of my portfolio to understand the key determinant of the research that is
essential for my development.
