Creativity refers to the process of bringing the innovation and creative something unique
with the assistance of the skills and knowledge of the individual person. The present is the
portfolio which cover different- different topics and knowledge covered in the classroom.

approach and the method. The critical thinking enhances the capability of the individual person
to bring the innovation. Along with that it helps in solving the problems and performing the task
in effective as well as efficient manne(Paujik, and et.al., 2021)r. The critical thinking is the way
to acquire the success in the marketplace. Along with that the communicational skills also
important in day to day life because due to the communicational skills the individual person can
determine the strength, weakness and exchange the ideas with the other in order to improve the
knowledge. For the better communication it is important to be the active listener and active
learning. With the help of the active learning the individual person obtains the right information
and increasing the knowledge in effective as well as efficient manner
Academic learning and writing is basic for the personal development of individual
person. With the assistance of the academic learning the individual person develops the best
career path. For instance, for the academic learning the individual person used various strategies
such reading of heading and sub heading, evaluation of the paragraph, tables and graphs for
gaining the necessary information. On the other hand, for the academic writing the student used
the feature or the FOCSI model for making the complete notes of information(Ravanal Moreno,
and et.al., 2021). The FOCSI model is basically formal, other, caution, succinct and impersonal.
Due to the academic writing the individual person is able to write in professional manner and
bifurcate each and every thing in effective as well as efficient manner. For the completion of the
assignment it is important to consider the requirement of the brief. The essay structure help in
competing the assignment. The structure is bifurcated in tow three main parts which includes
introduction, main body and conclusion. Along with that the assignment contains some

measurable to evaluate different phenomenon’s. This form of data is collected through the
survey, by observations and secondary data. The quantitate data is measured by different
methods which includes, mean, medium and mode. For the representation of the data the
presentation of the graph is the essay way. Moreover, the frequency and percentages represent
the static data. Along with that for the data analysis the person can measure different level of
measurements which are nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio(scale).
on the other hand, the qualitative data refers to the information which is having the good quality
and aqurate information to deliver the others. In general, the qualitative data indicate the quality
of the data. The qualitative data is based on interpretative philosophy(Saimon, and Mtenzi,
2021). The qualitative data is the set of semiotic, thematic, conversational and narrative analysis.

Critical reading involves in-depth examination of the text in which the reader
divides the text into various sub parts and critically examine in order to achieve the deep
understanding about the text. Various techniques are involved in critical reading that is
previewing, writing, critical reading, summarising, forming a critical response, and finding focus
(Imran, et.al, 2018). Various features of critical thinking are that critical thinking is persistent
that means constantly reviewing the evidence, sceptical which defines various areas in order to
get in-depth information about the text and also it lay emphasis on the implications (Cáceres,

et.al, 2020). In order to complete the assignments and use the critical thinking skills, it is very
necessary to identify the issues, evaluate the strengths for completing, consider the various
alternatives available, then evaluate the alternatives, give reasonable reason for the choice of
alternative and look for the links and causes and evaluate to get the desirable results.
Presentation skills are the skills that an individual need in order to deliver effective
presentation to the audience. In the preparation of the presentation it is important to know about
the topic on which the research is to be conducted. Time should be clearly defined for the
completion of the presentation (Koizumi, and Yano, 2019). It is important to create a
presentation having right structure and the use of bullets points in very important. In order to
create good presentation, an individual can refer to various sites that can provide information
about the topic on which the presentation is to be made. In order to make the effective notes for
the topic and individual can use various strategies by using various techniques and methods that
can help and there are various challenges of note taking of the lecture that is organising the notes
and pay attention on what the professor is saying and how to summarize the lecture in the notes.
There are various benefits of writing the lecture or typing but it depends upon the person which
method they use. The students have to consider various factors while making notes that making
modification in the notes according to the course by dividing the topic into points and sub points
and also use of the correct format is also important in order to present the work correctly.
Reflection allows an individual to learn from the experiences and also defines the skills
and abilities that an individual has to solve the problem. Various models can be used of
reflection that is Kolb’s Experimental and learning theory which involves concrete experience,
reflective observation, abstract conceptualisation and active experimentation(Chang, 2019). An
individual has to focus on various areas in the personal development that is priorities, time
management, motivation, direction required, strength and skill that an individual has and also
identifying the weakness and also identify the area of improvement and at last making action
plan for the development of an individual. In order to achieve the goal, individual set the
objectives by SMART goals. An individual can also use the reflective models that is Gibbs
reflective model for their development.
Job advertisement is an informative text that highlights the job vacancies and also the
details for the applicants. The main purpose of job advertisement is to attract the potential
candidates and offer various job benefits(Slade, and et.al., 2019). The main purpose is to

convince the candidates to apply for the position in the company(Tan, and Laswad, 2018). A
format is given while scanning for job advertisements.
The session is related to develop a working knowledge of the academic conventions of
Harvard Referencing. The main purpose of referencing is to avoid the plagiarism, to give credit
to the author, helps in finding the original source and also to demonstrate the knowledge of an
individual. It highlights that the data is collected form, the secondary sources that is the ideas of
other person is used in the completing the report. The things that is to remember books titles are
never included in the text references. The initial of the Author is first name is not included in the
text.
The learning style of the students is directly related to their performance. If the teaching
style of the students matches with the learning style of the students it helps in improving the
performance of the student in the class. There are various types of learning styles that is Visual
learners (learn by sight), Auditory learner (learn by hearing), Tactile learners (kinaesthetic that
learn by touch ). Every student has different learning styles and it is important to improve their
skills for their personal and professional development(Li, and Abdul Rahman, 2018). Research
can be defined as the careful consideration of the study on a particular problem using various
scientific methods. It is the systematic work which enhances the knowledge area of the students.
The research is classified into two parts scientific and social research and further classified into
exploratory, explanatory, evaluative and emancipatory research.

assistance in managing the information and people’s opinion. Due to the critical thinking the
learner can deal with the different challenges. The portfolio also discusses about the
communication skills which is very important in any career path chosen as it helps in effectively
interacting with others and also helps in understanding their views and opinions (Karnieli-Miller,
2020). Academic learning and writing plays a very important role in enhancing the development
of an individual and also develop the writing skill of a person. For the success and development,
it is very necessary to have knowledge which helps an individual to take decisions and also for
their personal and professional development. The development of knowledge is essential part for
performing better in the forthcoming career.

The knowledge is acquired with the assistance of proper information. Basically data is the
collection of the facts, figures, statistics and detail of each and everything. In order to gain the
information, it is important to collect the data form the reliable sources which also helps in
enhancing the information. . The data of the individual person is depending on sources of the

enhances the knowledge and creativity. Knowledge and creativity helps to develop academic
literacy, critical reading and writing skills of an individual. The portfolio covers the importance
of reflection and the importance of reflective models which helps in enhancing the skill and

elements of the referencing are also mentioned which helps to understand that the data is
collected form the secondary sources. The importance of having presentation skills is also
discussing which states that having effective presentation skills will help the student to present
effectively to the audience by using relevant websites for the information and with the relevant
format that is used in the presentation. It also helps in increasing the confidence of the student
which can further help the student in any chosen career(Solmaz, 2019). Every student has
different learning styles and it depends upon the teaching style of the teacher and the ability of
the student to adapt the learning style. It also defines the meaning and types of research that is
used by the person to get in depth knowledge or information about the topic which also helps in
increasing their knowledge(Pramodini, 2022). With the content discussed helps in overall
development of the student and also helps in achieving the goals in the future.

From the above report it can concluded it is very important for student to have required
knowledge and skill which will help in their personal and professional development. The
student should have effective communication skills which helps in effectively coordinating
