It has been summarized that there were 12 portfolio evidences which have chosen for the
project all are attached in appendix, in VARK learning style questionnaire helped me to learning
by suggesting the strategies that’s can be used for making questionnaire. Also, it is including
with preferences for learning such as using different type of charts, graphs, maps, diagrams,
plans etc. Then this questionnaire helped for enhance my learning process in order to focus on
different types of learning style such as using visual, auditory, logical, social, reading and
writing, physical etc.
Notes taking process is one of the important process of student life in order to records all
the learning outcome effectively by writing notes in class. Also, it improving the process of
paying attention by focus in class also this is helped for engaging in class effectively. Then, I
have chosen next topic related to Harvard referencing which is important for making project or
assignment. For academic writing it is necessary to uses evidence or sources in order to focus on
acknowledging someone else research and ideas by reducing possibilities. I have learned about
presentation in order to focus on argument and evidence which can be help for guide, ideas and
add images, then including bibliography.
During presentation it is necessary to focus on eye contact and body language which help
to provides confidence. Reflective writing is helped for writing own experience by some of

feature such as brainstorming, assimilating¸ accommodating, in order to solving problems and
making decision. In personality test I have built skill in order to focus on developing from tools
and other resources which can be used for resources in order to identify own personality test by
making confidence, job burnout, confidence, etc. Also, i have improve my personality in order to
focus on team’s performance that can help for identifying weak point and challenges and
opportunities in order to learning own personalities. I have shared my opinion with other for
finding about the necessary requirement which is depend on surveys.
Then communication was the one of the majorly using topic which is related to act of
giving, receiving and sharing information that can be in the form of listening, reading, speaking
etc. This is allowing me for understanding the information of others in order to using more
quickly and accurately. With the help of exchanging ideas, it can be said that it is necessary to
improve communication for using or developing knowledge.
I have conducted my SWOT analysis in order to identify my strength so that it help to
providing information related to own personality such as my strength is related to
communication that is important for student as well as it improve my personalities. In order to
focus on weakness, I have worked on my academic writing and try to improving writing and
reading habit that can improve my learning style. In context to opportunities i can score good
marks in exam due to focus on best learning process as well as it helps to develop knowledge
regarding working on all the aspect in order to work on my threat.

I have learnt different aspects while going through the session, in these all sessions number
of aspects were covered. In the beginning of the portfolio VARK model of learning style was
taken into consideration. With this regard, different aspects of learning which were prevailing
inside were taken into consideration. It was found that while learning generally things like using
patterns, statistics, notes taking made the things more receptive and interesting too.
In the portfolio evidences the attention was paid to hike outcomes with respect to Notes
making. As it was seen that the salient learning or notes taking style was using different tools
such as by fabricating some drawings, using diagrams etc. it keeps the things memorable for
longer. For a student crating receptive structure is quite essential so with this regard there is need
to perceive its learning patter.

One of the most salient aspect learnt in the portfolio was Harvard referencing. While using any
piece of academics there is need to use such referencing. The portfolio presented range of ideas
such as how to structure it, what are some key dimensions, how it is affective etc. The Harvard
referencing style is having its great importance with respect to using it for academic purpose.
Presentation is one of the most significant component when it comes to learning. There is need to
have ability to present the learning outcomes in such a way which may create interest so in this
portfolio this segment has been accentuated. A student is supposed to bring some main things in
its presentation so can make it affective. For instance, there must be proper structure following
such as introduction, main body and conclusion so can extend its ideas in a rational manner.

of its reading. While reading the things how deeply ones can perceive and how it makes that

pertaining to reading. For reading there are number of factors which are to be paid attention. In
this portfolio all those segments were given priority to grab as much as possible.
Machines are somehow replacing human being and paving way for their higher existence on this
planet. Now in the age of globalization, digitalization ones cannot deny the fact that in the
upcoming time machineries would be making soft way and may replace human efforts. With this

business, how it would be placing severe challenges before human being to be competitive and
rational in the age of machinery. There are range of challenges but it can be eradicated with the
help of creativity.
One of the most interesting task which has been covered in the portfolio was to go through the
personality test. This test has made all personal segments quite rational and perceivable. Which
extended range of components of personality. Personality tests helped to know some deeper
insights which reflected personal taints which can be improved for making higher progress and
nurturing personal efficiency. As below the results of personality test are being attached they are
defining different components of personality and also driving me to improve the traits I am
lacking.
