INTRODUCTION
 Effective student is the person who know the strength and weakness which are enabling
them to create challenging by achieving targets for themselves. The PPT will light upon
the skills that are needed by the student to become effective in their life

Main body
 Examining how to be an effective student
 Effective students are those who know how to use their time in reading and doing extra
work so that they can be one step ahead from other student. They know how to do work
with proper time management by avoiding all the distractions.

 Reading skills: It means reading in good manner that will help in understanding,
reflecting and evaluating on a written text.
 If the student will have good reading skills then it will help in decreasing distractions.
 To be good at reading see the place that there is no voice and distractions.
 An effective student don't waste time by looking hear and their they must have their full
focus and concentration on the topic which they are reading

 Communication skills: It is the ability to share ideas and receiving information in
different kinds. To be effective student it is the duty of them to communicate with the
people in clear and efficient way which will be helpful and useful.
 It the student will have good communication skill then that will make them confident
enough.
 Better communication will help them to make new friends.

 To become effective at communication student must have good body language that is eye-
to-eye contact and proper gestures.

present their overall performance. Student who have learned to write a sentence without
any error are the effective students.
 The writing will express their communication and thinking skill.
 With effective writing messages can be understood properly in better way with clear ideas
and thoughts.
 Writing skill will make project for student in good and productive way.
 Good writing skill will make understandable and interesting to read that topic.

 Discipline: For student discipline is very important because it will help them to
understand what their teacher are saying and with that they can complete their given
assignment within time. Discipline will help them to perform well in class which will
result in good grades.
 For student discipline means the strategies and rules that are applied by school to manage
the behavior and practices that are used to encourage self-discipline.
 To be an effective student it is very important to understand without discipline studies are
not done in proper way.
 For students, it attracts all the right things because by using that they will gain success in
their life.

 Presentation skills: It is related to coming up with new an innovative ideas by creative
thinking (Presentation Skills. 2021).
 They know how to present their work, project and other things in presentable manner with
good writing.
 It will help in gaining self-confidence towards the project that are mad by the student.
 An effective student in his presentation includes fresh templates, add photos and graphs,
use relevant charts, present it in good and proper manner.
 Make sure presentation has a sensible structure like main body, introduction and
conclusion.
 By clearing all the thing in straightforward manner with making it logical.

 Computer skills: To become an effective student they must know how to send emails,
word processing document and presentation.
 The student must know how to conduct internet research.
 They must be families towards the applications like word pad, browser like internet,
google and Mozilla etc. that will help them on research and work for their assignment and
projects etc.
 They must be aware of all the harmful sites that will affect the work like viruses, fake
news and information websites.

CONCLUSION
 From the above PPT it has been concluded that Effective students are those who know
how to use their time in reading and doing extra work so that they can be one step ahead
from other student.
 By the evaluation of above PPT different skills that are needed to be an effective student
like communication is the ability to share ideas and receiving information in different
kinds, reading skills which will help in understanding, reflecting and evaluating on a
written text. Also, the skills like discipline, presentation and computer skills are important
for them to be an effective student.
