How and why have mini project workshop activities developed my social as well as ethical
awareness & accountability
Project workshop contains varied activities or practices that has provided a lot of
advantages to individual person that has taken part within it, in order to boost their knowledge
regarding specific competence or subject. The current mini project workshop activities had
developed my ethical and social awareness and responsibility as well. For example, team or
group work is one of those activities that has conduct in project that help to enhance my
understanding about conducting social practices and ethical as well in term of supporting other
people who may perform with me in a team to achieve common aims and objectives in effective
manner and accountable for same goal achievement. The main reason behind this kind of
awareness and responsibility developed through project workshop is to made me capable to take
advantage to current and in the future benefits related to career growth whether it is personal or
professional.
During lessons, I had gained unexpected and useful experience which help to improve my
recent practices and contribute to develop new that I will use for purpose of obtaining desire
outcomes in term of performing within a well reputed brand as specific position. It develops my
social awareness by providing information about time and task management that allow me to
save my time and support other people, which is quite important to overcome negative impact of
workload pressure on individual person that increase their stress level and affect mental as well
as physical health. Time management activity enable me to manage my time according to
schedule that I had created as it drives my attention to complete daily work and allow to get
unpredicted benefits.
By taking part into mini project workshop I had developed my ethical accountability and
awareness in term developing of self-control skill that support to control my activities that may
harm or affect other people. With this kind of development, I can take many benefits for
example, it controls my anger, and make me more passion person.
Along with above, mini project workshop encompasses many concepts such as
responsibility, self-development, preparation, being successful, self-efficacy, group presentation,

reflective writing, etc. Each activity gives a lot of data that is useful and beneficial for me in
varied terms. Through project I had learned how to treat people and other citizens that live
around my home. It can be said that social accountability is important part of individual ethics,
which drive the efforts and hard work of person to recognize the impact of their decisions and
activities upon community and environment as well as other behavior. Interpersonal and
negotiation skills enable me to negotiate others through which they complete or achieve their aim
in appropriate manner. Furthermore, I grab knowledge regarding social and ethical awareness
which made me capable to obtain future benefits in term of building strong and productive
workforce.
