1. Introduction:
This report is completed by usage of materials generated in project classes along with independent study to create a portfolio of evidence
related to personal development of social and ethical awareness and responsibility during the module preparing for success at university: self-
development and responsibility. This report includes well somebody off the role of project workshops activities in developing social and ethical
awareness and responsibility. in addition to this the appendix of this report also includes material generated during classes such as reading logs,
photographs of work produced, examples of academic writing and an updated CV.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they
contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility.
The mini workshops which I attended included completing group tasks related in blue personal skills for education success. These group
tasks played an important role in the development of my add awareness and responsibility. This is because group situations involve
understanding personal accountability and completing responsibilities in a timely manner for the success of team. Becoming responsible is an
important part of teamwork skills (Fox and et. al., 2018). The significance of being accountable and responsible for team success can be seen by
the equal role of each individual in getting the desired results. The team tasks in which I was engaged during the completion of this module
helped me understand the importance of completing my individual responsibilities for maintaining high team synergy and performing affectively
as a group. I became more focused as result of this module because I took special care of completing my daily activities in a timely manner so
that my performance does not affect the team performance negatively and I am able to effectively coordinate with other team members. I was
able to understand the importance and different types of responsibilities which need to be completed for effective functioning of a team. I
learned about the responsibility of coordinating with other members and its role in ensuring smooth functioning of the team. Coordination is an
important element of high performing team because it ensures that the synergy of the team continues as each member provides the right inputs
and completes their tasks in given time. This elevates the performance of the team and the addition of performance of each individual team

member is lower than the current performance of the team which makes the group highly synergetic. I also improved my ethical awareness with
the help of this module. This is because The module preparing for success self-development and responsibility help me understand the role of
ethics in building personal character necessary for success. I am now able to understand ethical practices which are required for gaining success
in education and professional life in the future. the specific workshop which enhanced my ethical awareness included two tasks related to
academic writing. This group mini workshop develops my knowledge on maintaining ethical nature during group tasks. Ethical practices involve
understanding personal responsibility in a team and following up with given tasks so as to ensure success of the team (Waheed and Zhang,
2020). In addition to this I also learned about I think element associated with leadership and directing individuals in an ethical manner to
complete given activities related to academic writing. Through the mini workshops on academic writing I was able to understand ethical issues
associated with academic writing which included topics such as plagiarism and maintenance of academic integrity. This improved my ethical
awareness as now I am able to ensure that that kid migrating I produced does not have plagiarism and follow academic integrity. During the
group tasks in the mini workshops I was able to ensure that the content produced by the team does not have plagiarism. In addition to this I also
learned about article and responsible leadership which will play playing important role in my ethical professional practices in the future.
