1. Introduction: Personal development is a prominent concept for an individual person. It is all about self improvement that involves
several factors such as heightened self awareness, maintaining work life balance; develop potential sharpening marketing skills etc. In terms
of a good and focused individual personal development is a crucial tool for gaining future profitable results (Mutumba, A., 2020). To
complete this study several aspects are to include that involves minim projects which are useful to contribute on development of social and
ethical awareness and responsibility. Further it also demonstrates the usefulness of appendices that are discuss below in the report so that
individual attain goals effectively and efficiently.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they
contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility. (500 words)
There are various types of mini projects that I have attended during my module learning such as communication mini projects, Robotics mini
projects, internet savvy mini projects etc. In communication project I have learned how to communicate with confident with other person as it is
useful to make connection with number of people. by making interaction with huge base of people helps in generating knowledge about ethical and
social responsibility (McGrath, J. and Fischetti, J., 2019). Ethical and social awareness is crucial to sustain in market and complete the projects in
ethical and appropriate manner. In the main aim of mini workshop projects is that it is useful to encourage people and individual towards actual
practice. Therefore it is a great way to teach hand on skills to students so that their fall under the safe situation category. There are several minim
project in which I have included in this first is communication project where I have attended number of seminars, group presentation etc. while
making communication in group discussion I would effectively understand that to communicate with other people it is significant that you deliver
true information that is not friction based. In this my senior present several types of information that are real that helps in gaining knowledge
regarding several field. At this time it is to be understood that honesty is very crucial to develops trust in communication. Hence, in this manner mini
workshop project contribute in development of my social and ethical awareness and responsibility. Social and ethical awareness is useful for building
a blockbuster image in the society. Another mini project that is based on internet savvy project by using internet I understand the knowledge

regarding how to become socially responsible and what many large companies do to show their social responsibility that encouraged me to develop
social and ethical awareness responsibly. It is very helpful in gaining high success within personal and professional life. Internet savvy project is very
crucial to create and develop knowledge regarding subject area. By involving within this particular project the main crux of this module is to gain
awareness about social and ethical responsibility (Valero, A.E., 2018). By using internet I can examine the various factors related to social and
ethical responsibility that shows company use CSR framework to show their social responsibility and develop transparent relationship with
stakeholders that shows ethics in business. By involving in this project my development of social and ethical awareness is high. Robotics mini project
is useful to understand the ethics and social responsibility in digital life as in today digital world it is essential to have knowledge about ethics and
social responsibility as it helps in developing living standards prominently. Embracing the development of social and ethical responsibility helps in
express the long route of attract number of people in personal and professional life due to which an individual would sustain a quality life within
community.

and provided as part of your portfolio.
The below appendices are very valuable for an individual person because it helps in examine own SWOT analysis that is more
important to improving skills and knowledge for attaining personal and professional goals. This also useful to develops and
understanding regarding social and ethical awareness and for scheduling a whole regular routine so that targets are attained on set time
frame (Tabakova, V., 2020). This also helps in elaborating the several academic writing skills and their benefits in personal and
professional growth so that individual emphasis on gaining knowledge using these skills. Hence it is useful to clutter the narrative flow
of paper that is helpful for individual to generate several types of skills at a time.
4. Conclusion: From the particular portfolio study it is to be concluded that preparing a portfolio is very crucial for an individual person to

develop their skills that is useful to gain profitable results within professional field. This involve how individual skills and mini projects
workshops contribute in developing social and ethical awareness and responsibility as it is very crucial for an individual to sustain in society
and develops living standards.
