Introduction
The academic skill plays a key role of success in the
life of students. It is necessary for every student to
understand the perks behind development of
academic skills in order to gain favorable
reactions from class members and teachers.

Communication Skills
Commination skills is one of the most important skill for engaging in doing
effective and meaningful conversations with individuals. The communication
skills can help the students in doing group related tasks in the most effective
manner. In addition to this, it can also allow students to become more
confident in doing complex tasks related to studies or extra curricular
activities (Peel, 2021).

Time and task management
The task and time management is related to planning and organizing
the time which students spend on certain tasks, projects, or goals in
order to become more productive and effective(Buskist and Groccia,
2018).This process explains about taking a conscious control over
how much time the individuals spend on doing each activity related
to academics.

Goal setting
The goal setting behavior is a process that involves carefully
considering what students want to achieve and then coming up
with a set of action plans in order to attain those objectives.
Having a well-defined set of steps will allow them to achieve
predetermined goals. In order to become effective student, the
goal setting behavior plays an important role (Wagers and et.al.,
2018).

Responsibility
The students are expected to do the right thing and should accept
the consequences of their actions. Being responsible about actions
are critical for each students for going to the path of
success(Harrington, 2018).

Conclusion
It has been concluded that there is need to develop various skills in order to
become an effective student. It is necessary to know about all the required actions
should be followed in order to attain success of becoming best performer. It was
also analyzed that communication skills is crucial for becoming best
student.
