INTRODUCTION
Personal Development Plan (PDP) is the process of generating an action plan which is
based on the reflection, awareness, goal-setting, planning and values for personal development in
specific reference to the education, relationship, career and for self improvement. It helps to
identify my goals or aims which I want to achieve my near future. The action plan will access
my own strengths and weaknesses and to improve the flaws what are the strategies I can develop
to meet my short-term & long-term goals. In this project I will draw a framework which includes
such as what I have learnt from the group presentation, what new information has been address,
what interested me, how the new information could be utilized, what are the things which
confused me and how did I managed to overcome this. The study will demonstrate that how
these skills could help me in higher education and employment.
MAIN BODY
Self reflection on group presentation
I presented the group presentation in the Higher education and my group are include the
three other students and I decided to divide the section between the us that helps in reach the one
elements by the each. We are coordinating with the agreements and it is more complex but my
group are coordinate with the time as well as problems are also create in the distributing the
group presentation that who will take the part but it is very useful because there is the limited
number of the viable and topics which are distributed among my group (Hutton, 2019). It is
difficult to distribute the task in the minutes and after-that take helps with the professor and then
presentation are 20 minutes and it is distrusted in my group according to the 5 minutes each.
The group work presentation helps in fulfil the learning objectives which are necessary in the
education and it helps in enhance the performance and confidence level of the students. I learnt
about that how to present the presentation in front of everyone without any hesitation and must
be confident at the time of giving the presentation as well as maintain the eye to eye interaction
with other peoples who are listening the presentation and try them to understand in the clear
voice which helps in better understanding of people and teachers and students those who are
listening.
I really enjoy the presentation and it is very interesting as well as audience are also enjoying the
presentation (Foster, 2019). I noticed that the attraction of the audience are most important in the

successful presentation as well as make sure about that they must able to understand the
presentation. I want to improve the little more confidence and communication skills in English
which are most important in the presenting the presentation. I also have to improve the body
movements which are necessary in attract the customers towards the presentation. My others
group member's are fully confident when they are giving the presentation so, I need to improve
the more confidence as well as communication skills in the effective ways because I am not able
to speak in effective ways and not interact in the full English language which are necessary in
the academic and professional level (Fekry and Dafoulas, 2019). I learnt with my group
presentation that how to manage the task and plan as well as time manage. Development of the
strong communication skills are most important person who are work in corporate and business
world. The group presentation helps me in allow to share the more ideas as well as increase the
more efficiency.
I learnt with the helps of group presentation is how to give the effective presentation,
communication skills and time management. I also helps in learnt that how to coordinate I the
group with the other members and listen to the others members of the groups that what they want
to said and discuss the idea between the groups that how to present the presentation. How to
speak with the audience and how to effective communicate and learnt that how to reply the
answers of students and audience those who are listening.
The presentation has simple and attractive with the decent backgrounds. I consider the various
information in the presentation with the helps of chart and diagrams as well as videos which are
attract the audience. The audience are not engage with the contents and they are engage with the
images and graphics which are most attractive. The data present in the visual is the more
effective and it also go in the basic formats. The new information are presentation in the
presentation is that each topic are discuss and elaborated with the example which are related with
the topics. My group present the presentation with the example that helps in better understanding
of the members of group as well as students who are listening (Mazzacane, 2018).
The interesting the presentation is that my group member is break the ice means ask the straight
forward question to the audience which helps in warm up them as well as we try out the quiz to
make the interesting presentation and have some fun with the audience and everyone able to
enjoy the group presentation as well as testing the knowledge of the audience for relax and
reinforce that what they are heard and learn. It is the more interesting in the presentation. I also

use the sense of humour to became the more interesting presentation which are most important in
the presentation to built the good image with the crowd. I maintain the eye contact also for
making the presentation interesting and attractive. It is the strong presence of the audience and
effectively deliver the pints to the audience. The eye contact helps me to feel like that I am
directly speaking with that person. The also maintain my body language to influence the students
and cloudiness that what I want to say.
I might use the more information such as video with the examples that helps in present
the great presentation. I also might uses the social media which are attract the audience and
peoples now day. I might also use the hashtag which helps in encourage the ideas of the people
and they share their thoughts and ideas during the presentation and it might discuss after the
presentation is finished (Lam and Lau, 2019).
The attention level of the customers are fully confused me and I am not able to understand the
behaviours and expression of the people during the presentation. I am not able to deliver the
engaging and effective presentation. I am not able to understand the audience attentions as well
as make it amusing. I learnt that, no one can be understand the audience expression and attention
at the time of presentation and should focus on the presentation as well as those people who are
giving the facial expression of understanding the presentation means they are heard and learnt
with the presentation and I should focus on the that type of person for not getting confused.
Academic and professional development
According to reflection from the task one, I need to develop the various skills which are
require for the development in the abilities and capabilities of presentation because I am not
good in the various skills that they must improve and develop for achieving the accomplish goals
in the future careers.
Communication skills: communication skills are most important in the presentation that
how to speak effectively in front of the crowd. I should develop the communication skills
to practice and speaking in front of the others, engaging with the others. The
communication skills effectively in the workplace are important to able to present the
information clearly (Bodenmann, 2021). The communication skills helps in connecting
and engaging with the audience to get the message and questions or doubts across. The
communication skills helps in fill the gap between the audience as well as spread the the

smart thinking which can be use in the workplace and it helps in development of the
career in the future as professional life.
Confidence: I hesitate at the time of the presentation as compare to my group members,
so the develop the confidence is most important in the academic and professional life.
The confidence are matter in the higher education as well as organization for the better
performance and better productivity for success in the future. The self confidence helps in
maintain the attitudes of the capabilities and abilities of knowledge ad skills which are
essential in the academic and professional life of the person to achieve the objectives of
the life and academic achievements. The over confidence and lack of confidence are
result in the less achieve that why the person should be confident. The confident person
can interact with the new members in the professional life and do any task without any
hesitations.
Body language: I should develop the way of body language when attract to others
persons and during the time of the presentations because the posture of body are most
important to influence the audience and employees and helps in create the connection
with them the body language in the best antiquate are helps in attract the more employees
and people towards at the academic and professional workplace (Sokolov, 2020). The
body language of the people make the more confidence and strong in the workplace. Its
attract the people and they are automatically interact and engage. The gestures of the
body of people reach the goals in the personal and professional life.
Team work: In my group presentation, others people are not agree and and create the
confusion that how to distribute the topics so, the team work in the work of group are
most important to complete the task (Driskell and Salas, 2018). Team work are most
important in the professional career. The development of the team work are essential for
the coordination and cooperation in the group that how to management and understand
the members of the groups, that how to communicate with them and how to reply them
about the any queries.

the research has been elaborated on the academic and professional areas where I need to develop
which would help me in the near future whether it's education or employment. The report has
been summarised with an action plan being embedded with the short and long-term targets which
aided me to develop personally and professionally in my life.
