Introduction
Preparing for success mainly includes in analyzing the developing with providing
various evidences of the social, ethical awareness while learning and attaining
the module. This success report mainly provides details for developing the skills
by creating the action plan. Further creating 10 artifacts for including in the
portfolio about the learning.

How and why have the project workshop activities developed your social and
ethical awareness and responsibility?
By attending the module and taking part in al the activities, developed
the social and ethical awareness as it helped in learning with developing the
communication skills about ethically behaving with all my colleagues and lecturers
and communicating with respect. Also it helped in learning by developing various
skills as for achieving the better academic and professional practices in the future.
As with developing the leadership skills from the group presentation supported in
learning about how to be an effective student. Also guiding my colleagues for
working better and achieving the desired results. Further with this it helped in
learning and better understanding about making better connections and
appertaining various individuals by respecting and communicating in better ways.
Furthermore, it helped in better understanding about the contribution towards the
team and the audience by working better and contributing better to the social
environment by inclusively environment. Also working with other and all the peers
with establishing empathy and faith as by resolving all the problem raised and
developing healthy and sustainable relations with others. Further it helped in
studying and providing known as for contributing into social practices by voluntarily
establishing and performing better practices which helped in addressing social and
ethical concerns. Moreover, it also helped in developing the understanding about
the ethical awareness as by working and communicating will all the team members
and the peers in the transparent manner and establishing the fair relations. As
developing the ethical awareness helped in building better trust while working in
any company in future with demonstrating the respect, care, fairness and
machining decision by considering all the grounds and rules in ethical and social
manner. Further understanding the ethical responsibilities helped in acquiring
various set of behavioral practices as behavior in the ethical manner. Further it
supported in learning the special responsibilities by taking the responsibility of own
actions as for setting the daily scheduled for learning and developing various skills
with performing various actions. Also being prepared with the assigned and classes
on time and completing the work project and caring the property of the college
premises. This with adopting the workshop has helped in acquiring various
knowledges and responsibility related to the social and ethical prospect for
behaving and performing all the actions accordingly.

Importance and value of the Appendices (10 Documents) that I have compiled and
provided as part of my portfolio in relation to my development of social and ethical
awareness and responsibility during the module.
All the 10 portfolio which is been complied has helped in developing my academic
skills and the ethical awareness. As it has developed the ability to communicate
with al diverse backgrounds and understanding various ethical norms and
responsibility toward society. With developing the PDP helps in knowing strength
and weakness and designing the plan for acquiring the future career options. With
designing the time table helped in managing the daily schedules which helped me
in improving and prioritizing work. Further it also supported me in understanding the
contribution towards working in the team and towards the environment by
establishing the empathy and faith for resolving all the problem. Lastly it helps me
