INTRODUCTION
The primary aim of this report is to understand about the position of an individual skills
and abilities. These plays a major role in the life of an individual that highly able to describes the
actions and approaches of an individual. There are various personal growth skills which are
highly significant in the life span of a student. Moreover, the project will also include personal
development plan to intensify employment abilities that maximize the state of mind.
MAIN BODY
1. Performance reflection
Description: There was a group presentation conducted into my workplace within which we
have to describe our newly introduced project which was based upon the business idea related to
opening of a cleaning company. During that point of time while conducting research as well as
explaining it while giving presentation have helped me in learning varied things and that will
enable me in order to develop my own various abilities. The first and foremost thing that I have
learnt is based upon preparing emergence of individual growth strategy. It helped me to consider
what abilities I have now and from where I will have to develop them more than effectively for
the betterment of the research as well as the presentation regarding the same. In addition to this,
I also get to know about my various strengths and weaknesses while doing research as well as at
the time of presenting it in front of management in successful manner (Cottrell, 2020). From this
task, I have learnt about the time management abilities that helps me to complete research tasks
in stipulated time duration as well as in personal life by developing weekly schedule that will
automatically improve my life style and also I have realized that as a professional, I have to
manage my tasks according to the time frame. Moreover, I have also evaluated the significance
of proper communication abilities as it helps an individual to enhance one's position of the
communication skills and abilities. It had been realized by me that communication skills played
a major role while gathering information about the business plan which is related to opening of
cleaning company while doing research over the same at the time of doing surveys and
interviews of the public.
Feelings: from the above descriptive task, I felt that communication skills are highly important
as it defines my overall personality and also determines about the successfully interrelating

manner with other individuals and appropriately transfer while communicating with others at the
time of research as well as presenting the cleaning company plan in front of management
effectively transfer as per to my feelings to others. Although, I still require certain improvements
into this skill. In addition to this, one new information that had been presented by my team
members includes representation of results of interviews and survey that had been collected for
the final evaluation of the cleaning company business plan. I have to develop sense to develop
charts that enables me to visibly classifying the most actual skill or ability. Moreover, with
proper guidance I have knowledgable about the societal as well as virtuous characteristics that
will assist me in increasing my good behaviour and character as well in order to understand my
role in the whole activity. I had understood the actions and responses of the society people about
the good and bad tasks among the society as well as their viewpoints towards such type of
businesses.
Evaluation: After all from the whole activity I have learnt about the theoretical writing language
along with presenting it in presentable format in front of management in context of
summarizing, editing of texts, data analysis, making presentation, and so on which improve my
presentation abilities along with provide me a path I will present it in front of others in a way
which help others in better understanding. Another various important employment skills have
also been improved within me which illustrates better opportunities for my future perspective as
well (Kalenda, Hyna and Rossi, 2018). Moreover, I also got to understand and know about my
certain weaknesses as well which are also extremely important for me for my future growth. All
such skills will make my CV better with improved and enhanced skills are also added to it.
Moreover, I had evaluated that there are various strengths within me which can benefit the firm
in most successful manner while some weaknesses as well for which I need to work upon and
make them in favour of myself to get future benefits. Furthermore, in context of analysis over
the most interesting part that was identified involves that I got chance to work in collaborative
manner through which I have understood the importance of patience while completing my tasks.
Conclusion: From the presentation I learn new thinks and strategies and know about the abilities
which I want to develop. By this I get to know about the strength and weaknesses whole doing
research and I also learn skills related to the professional and how to manage my task in
effective manner on time. As I learn about my weaknesses, so I can convert that weakness into

strength which give great impact on my CV. I also learn how to work in a team and some
importance skills related to work in a team such as effective communication, be patience,
support team members and manage all task etc.
Action: By analysis I get to know that my communication skill and data analysis skill is not up
to the mark, so I have to improve communication skill. By improving communication skill I get
more success in my professional career. For enhance my communication skills I will ask for
feedback, more engage with people, active listen, practises active listening etc. these practices
will helps me to develop communication skill. For improving data analysis skill I will have to
pay attention to detail, more creative with data, keep adopt new tools and skills etc. data analyst
required dedication, practice and willingness to learn. Communication is very important in
workplace, so I have to improve this to get more success, because communication is needed on
all level of management. Effective communication help me to work in team and achive my
objective in effective manner.
2. Development in the areas that required to develop further
From the above detailed analysis and evaluation, it has been identified that there are
certain areas within which I required strong level of improvements for further achieving success
in my professional career. During the task which is related to research over the business plan
related to opening of cleaning company as well as representing it in front of others, I had
analysed that I faced certain level of difficulty in following rather than leading, ineffective
representing communication skills for data analysis that had been gathered while conducting
survey, unable to focus well on independent work and faced certain level of difficulty in time
management and maintaining the record management (Rieckmann, 2018). Thus, from complete
activity, I have realised that I have to deal with all of them by doing actions in a way which
helps me to enhance my level of weaknesses along with maintain and further improve my
strengths as well. In order to improve my weaknesses, I will take necessary actions for instance,
attend various workshops that will offer me relevant resources in order to improve my oral
communication skills regarding representing the statistics and data analysis in most successful
manner.
Thus, I have realized that I urgently require to enhance my time management abilities in
order to get professional future benefits which helps me to divide time into better format. This

will enable me to properly deal with commercial actions and will share my complete work as
according to the specific period in order to help the company in accomplishing their targets
according to the time provided. My desire in my life to becoming an appropriate leader and
manage all team members in most successful ways. Moreover, although I have great
communication abilities through which I can easily able to convince any person for any kind of
specified task but for further and after doing this research and presentation task, I have analysed
that improvements into the data interpretation with the help of communicating it in front of
others also plays an equal role just like I have written it within the presentation. That evaluation
part I have missed within me. Apart from this, I have analysed that I have good leadership
abilities by which I am able to become a great leader to motivate any individual. In
administration, it is highly significant to develop leadership abilities which is essential for
providing course of work to help team members to fulfil managerial tasks.
In addition to this, with the above explained activity, I have created a sense of knowledge
which helped me to collaborate with my feelings and emotions to others without any
uncertainty. While the other skills such as the time management and presentation abilities,
further actions that helps me to improve my knowledge as well as good and appropriate
behaviour about the skills and abilities that I had learnt from the whole actions and activity.
