DEVELOPED SOCIAL AND ETHICAL AWARENESS AND
RESPONSIBILITY
In the module of FY027 Preparing for Success at University: Self Development and
Responsibility, I participated in project workshop activities that improved my knowledge about
responsibilities and ethics towards society. In project workshop activities, I and other participants
together determine goals which are required to be attained and thought about new interesting
ideas for functionalities to meet social responsibilities. One of the project workshop activity in
which I participated is social work shop that was controlled by workers themselves as well as
gradually taken most production until a socialist society came into being. Within the workshop,
we demonstrated best strategies, actionable steps and practices that developed my social and
ethical awareness to contribute in society in a philanthropic manner. Herein, I gained knowledge
that social and ethical responsibility of me as student is to advocate citizenship for taking good
care of people, engaging to promote rational discussions and recognise interdependence. In this
workshop, I learned about ample number of ways for structuring mine social media efforts,
deploying resources and launching any event in professional manner. It provided me results that
developed my awareness for social and ethical responsibilities. Another project workshop in
which I conducted activities was facilitated workshop which was a planned collaborative event
wherein group of expertise carry out practices together for creating, correcting addition to
documenting predefined deliverable. It developed my ethical and social awareness and
responsibility through making me feel involved addition to committed to end outcomes that
develops society. It is because of the opportunity which I got to participate and contribute as per
decisions of professionals and experts. The project workshop helped me to build and maintain
enthusiasm for learning about social responsibilities including adhering rules and regulations
while carrying out practices as well as making good efforts for serving society.
Project workshops developed my social and ethical awareness as well as responsibility
because through becoming socially aware, I could empathise with emotions of others and intent
behind actions of all. When I worked in the workshop, I build strong level of awareness and
empathise with others so to better adapt with ethical working and persuade self to attain greater
outcomes. My self-awareness in project workshops for social responsibility helped me to

understand external environment and recognise factors that impacts positively on society to solve
pertaining issues. Mu social awareness skill combines understanding of emotional and logical
rationale which goes into decisions for solving social problems. I became socially responsible
academician by developing society, boosting morale of its citizens, leveraging resources and
leading innovative solutions for concerns. My creativity and communication skill in project
workshop aided me to think out of box and initiatives encouraged me for trying new things or
working to fulfil my social responsibilities of environmental, ethical, economical and
philanthropic. With the participation, I felt empowered for taking initiation to contribute towards
wider picture of society taking into consideration my social and ethical awareness and
responsibility that I developed in activities of project workshops.
