PART A
Introduction
According to the outcomes of the Gallup Assessments, I believe that as a leader, I have certain
unusually important traits which would make me a capable controller and a leader in my
professional life. In the respective brief report, I have enumerated my strengths as a leader
according to the Gallup outcomes that might affect my professional life as a manager, leader or a
controller in a management arena.
Discussion
My Strengths
Insightfulness: I am a person who has an in-depth observational and insightful bent of mind. I am
bent towards academic aspects and I am fascinated with facts, writings and multidimensional
information in the management milieu. I am inquisitive and love to collect browse and collect
different information. I am analytical with a strong intellectual bent of mind. For me, mental
activity plays a very important role. Such habit would ensure that as a leader, I take my steps
carefully, judging all types of situation beforehand and remaining cautious about what can
happen in future (Mendenhall et al., 2017).
Responsibility: I am a responsible person who is well aware of his duties and accountabilities. I
have the ability to take up psychological ownership of whatever task or assignment is given to
me, no matter how large or trivial the matters might be. As a responsible individual, I know how
to do my job in the best way. My responsible nature would ensure that I become a good leader

because a leader has to lead a whole team to a correct and desired direction (Bolden, 2016).
Leaders must be accountable of all actions he takes with his team/ subordinates.
Communication skills: I believe that I have good communication skills, both verbal and non
verbal, that makes me a good aspiring leader. Communication skills are important for a leader as
he has to constantly interact with his subordinates and teams regarding assigning tasks, giving
commands, monitoring and getting feedbacks (Hackman & Johnson, 2013). With good
communication skills, I would be able to manage and lead my team effectively.
Conclusion
As a leader, I am skilled at communication/ interaction, analytical competencies and a strong
sense of responsibility. With a perfect blend of analytical, academic blend of mind, sharp
intellect and good pragmatic skills, I am confident that I would be able to exhibit myself as a
commendable and compatible leader.
PART B
As an aspiring leader, I am overwhelmed about the results of Gallup assessments. The most
intriguing part of the results of the assessment is the “communication skills” part. I was not
completely aware of my communication skills even though I knew that I have good command in
verbal and interpersonal communication. The result of Gallup test that specifies
“communication” has given me a separate edge and insight about myself. I have understood the
hidden and nascent capabilities in me and therefore, In future, I would try to work more on my
communication skills to make it more sharpened. I consider the respective advice to be important
because it would provide a different competitive advantage in my professional life.
