A leader needs to be dynamic in nature so that they can compile work as per changes and
modifications in an association. It is required for a leader to focus on own aspects first and use
the appropriate method to assess core skills and factors. A leader needs to use Gallup Strengthens
Quest Operating system to assess major skills to build a self-awareness event. This report will be
covered and worked as a self-assessment to build a leader. Along with this, Gallup Operating
system will be helped as a means of continuous improvement and self-development.

 Brilliant communication skills which enable me to present ideas properly.
 Consistent in my work and treating others properly.
 The positive mindset which motivates to do the different task properly.
I have found all these skills as an essential attribute. These skills are helpful for me to work as a
dynamic leader so that I can compete with others properly. I become aware of these positive and
