allows the students and teachers at the university to come up
with the new ideas, thoughts, innovations and inventions while
showing respect and acknowledging the work of the other
people in the institution. Academic integrity adds up the to the
value of the degree and enhances the understanding towards
the hard work of others as when a person uses the resources
of the other person it is mandatory for them to give proper
references and citation as an evidence of the usage of the
resources (Ellis and et.al., 2020). A student who takes such
ethical measures at the university tends to get more guidance
and support from the professors and peers which enhances the
experiences in the university. Such things prepare a person to
perform better in the life as conducting ethical practices has
always resulted in a bright future. Completing the degree with
the utmost integrity builds a good personality of the individual
which helps them secure a better career in life. Academic
integrity improves the intellectual power and capacity of a
person especially when they are in a learning age at the
university (Sefcik, Striepe and Yorke, 2019). This accommodates
the power to bring new ideas to the table and think
innovatively which is very important in such competitive times.
