Game Design: Designing a Game to Promote Academic Integrity Values

This assignment introduces a game design project centered around promoting academic integrity. The game, titled "Avoid Falsify the Data," aims to educate students about the importance of honest behavior and the negative consequences of academic misconduct. Introduction
Academic Integrity carries the value for the
students, educational institution as well as for
ideas development. It defines as the moral
way of doing things by the students and
teachers while behaving with honest
behaviour, responsibility, fairness, respect as
well as trust.

A game is produced for the students to
deliver the learning and value of academic
integrity while neglecting the academic
misconduct to avoid bad consequences.
The name of the game is “Avoid Falsify
the Data” which indicates that students
should do their work with an honest
behaviour and do not try to falsify or
fabricate the information in their work as it
is against the moral way of conduct.

Academic integrity can be understood as
the core set of beliefs that is applicable to
everything a student do in his or her
academic year. These values and beliefs
should support and direct all the learning as
well as academic work.

innovation so that the game
should be attractive,
enthusiastic and free from

important for the student, university,
teachers, outsiders and all members.
These values help in making student to
be honest and respected in his or her
work.
