BMP3003 Further Academic Skills
The academic integrity is essential for the higher education for
students as well as staff by handling the independence of making
new ideas, knowledge and creativity along the respect and
ascertaining other's work. This is followed with a fair work and
consistent time for the universities. This is significant for
development of ideas and innovation. There are many types of
values serves in this like honesty, fairness, courage,
responsibilities respect and trust. They have to handle the
academic integrity which will improve upon their knowledge and
skills which are advantaging for them in developing the person.
This is necessary for a learning life of a student which helps in
preventing the misconduct and concentrates on learning.
This game serves a purpose for avoiding plagiarism in the
academic work so there is a need for 5 students to be seated in
a line in a way that they couldn't talk or see the other's work
and they are given a system.
They are given an interesting topic of their choice that is
given to them for write at-least 2000 words on it while
maintaining the decorum of the game room.
Then they should be given same time to do their writing part,
as the speed of typing and analysing matters as a skill in them.
They should be aware for the cheating or plagiarism and
grammatical mistakes before starting the game.
When the time is up they their work should be tested by a
plagiarism predicting software.
They should get points in the matter of quality, grammar,
plagiarism avoidance and many more academic integrity
tasks.
The students who bring more than 30% plagiarism then they
should be kicked out of the game without any option.
The student who had attempted with all academic integrity
will get a reward at the end.
