Skills used to produce the game
In order to design the game and make it a success, there are different set of skills and knowledge that helped me to accomplish the
objectives of the game design targets. These including both soft and technical skills. Wherein soft skills including team work,
communication and technical skills including practical and theoretical knowledge about the latest technologies, financial skills.
Technical Skills
Practical and theoretical knowledge about latest technologies helped me design the game embedding software in the game (McHaney,
Cronan and Douglas, 2016). Software such as CryEngine, Gamebryo and Gamemaker helped me to established a 3D game design. Apart
from, I also used KPI’s which are performance metric tools in order to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the game design. The
game is also designed in a way in order to ensure privacy and safety from cyber-attacks. Thus, in order to ensure the utmost privacy in the
game design software such as Firewall were used to identify and prevent harmful cyber threats.
I also assured that the budget for the game design goes as per the determined financial plan. For which financial skills helped me to
conduct all the activities pertaining to purchase of the software, asking expert solution or other related activities to ensure that planned
activities go as per the determined budget.
Soft skills
I worked with my team and group of expert that helped to add group efforts for accomplishing the success of the game design. The team
working skills helped to maintain cooperation among the team members and work as group to derive better results.
Effective communication helped me to deliver the core objectives to the team members with the specified deadlines and standards.
Effective communication skills have helped me to establish cooperation and positive atmosphere for working in groups and meeting the
deadlines (Robinson and Glanzer, 2017).
Leadership skills is another important factors that has helped me throughput to delegate and deliver the group targets and objectives to
the team members. Leadership skills supported to deliver proper guidance and support to my team in order to ensure that the team meets
the expectations. I motivated my fellow team member despite of the challenges faced in the project task.
Critical decision making abilities is also one of the important skills that helped to me make important decisions pertaining to different
choices and objectives. Wherein I decided on important subjects such as the financial budget, the technicalities faced, the software
required, the execution of the group work and so on (Sefcik, Striepe and Yorke, 2019)
