INTRODUCTION
Academic integrity is one of the most important thing for learner during their academic
session, violating integrity and performing misconduct can impact their career life. Leaner need
to avoid act of plagiarism, this simply means copying work and using easy way to clear
academic session. Learner need to understand value of academic integrity and build
professionalism during learning session (Bertram Gallant, 2017). This report will discuss
importance of academic integrity and plagiarism. Later this report will craft a game for leaner to
build strategies that avoid plagiarism and academic misconduct. At last this report will develop a
poster presenting instructions, explanation, summary and skills used in development and crafting
of game.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Passing the parcel:
Passing the parcel is one of the most enjoyable game that keep people entertain both, physically
and mentally. This game is design in such a way that student will be engaged in every activity,
mainly answering question related to academic integrity. In the preparation of game, gift is
wrapped in reusable decorative paper. Student will be divided into teams that effectively work
and think together to win the game, leaner have to coordinate with team member in winning
passing the parcel game (Bretag, 2016). During this game, academic integrity of learner will be
tested, each question is related to academic integrity and related to maintaining integrity during
academic session. This game will increase knowledge of team and develop skill.
How to play:
To play passing the parcel game there are 7 steps:
Step 1: team of 4 will be build, each member will participate in game. There will be 4 teams,
each team will get chance to participate in game and winner will avail gift that is wrapped in
parcel. This parcel is main element of the game, this contains gift that will be distributed to
winner team and honoured in front of other team.
Step 2: during the game, team one will sit in circle holding parcel, during the game, music will
play and each member have to pass the parcel until music is stopped. Music is played by host
who is not participating in game but will monitor each and every member.
