Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I, Garry Mann, though the course of the letter would like to elucidate in front of you the
reason behind my intention of getting admitted in the course of MBA. I have skills in terms
of rendering support on the level of administration, the capabilities of developing sound
relationship with my clients, the managing of the account as well as the management fo the
project.
I am well versed in terms of CRM application and the handling the software aimed at
accounting as well as analysis of the data. My previous positions of responsibilities have been
with the commissions and accountant, coordinator at the sales administration, account
manager of the ACCO brand after being the sales associate. However, the through the course

of the letter I would like to draw your attention toward my intention of getting admitted in the
MBA course.
I had secured my position as an undergraduate in the domain of General Studies. The
result and the outcome of the undertaking has boosted my confidence in the aspects of
business by providing an overview of it. However, it had soon come to my notice that there
are certain areas that are lacking in my disposal and can act as an inhibition in ensuring
effectiveness in my learning of the business related attributes. There was a determination in
me to find out the areas of weakness in my disposal and keep working upon them until they
are turned into the source of strength.
The endeavor of mine has instigated the urge in me to get accustomed to the flaws
took me through the process of looking into a number of books and materials in due course.
As such, the attempt of mine in achieving my goal had earned me the position of admin in
related to the job role that I was in. The job of admin had been an inquisitor in my endeavor
of being on the desired path.
My role in the job as an admin had aided me in gathering valuable experience.
However, the experience that has been gathered in the field of accounting as well as in the
field of reporting, had not been limited to the mentioned area rather the implication of the
experience can be felt in my capabilities of working with a different level of management.
My current role as the commission accountant had allowed me redefine my
capabilities in the domain of accounting as well as increased my efficiencies in my regular
day’s activities. The enhancement in terms of the accounting related skills have guided the
skills of presentation in the upper grades of the management.

However, the experience that has been gained by me in the due process had enhanced
my understanding of the fact that in order to flourish in role of manager, I need to develop an
educational base to my disposal.
After doing, considerable research in the domain of the educational curriculums
provided by the leading the colleges, it came to my notice that the values that has been
uphold by the Northeastern Illinois University’s Business School is aligned with the attributes
that I am looking at. The values have proved to be potential enough to complement my future
goals of developing the base of management from an educational perspective and enhance
my experience and refine them form an educational perspective in order to facilitate better
understanding.
My future endeavor includes my urge to complete the MBA program with an
effectiveness and at the same time continue working upon refining my job related experience.
Once I have successfully completed the MBA program, my aim would be to work towards
the position of the accounting management as well as continue upon the CPA. The course
would allow me to develop the skills to a level from where it would allow me to take up the
position of a leader in the field of accounting.
I would like to rest the letter on the note that the MBA course provided by your
university is highly prospectus for me and would allow me comply with the job experience
and allow me continue with my current job as well as pursue my education and attain the
