INTRODUCTION OF BILL GATES
Bill Gates is the founder of Microsoft. In the
year of 1975, he founded that famous
organization.
 Bill Gates completed his study at Lakeside
school and he gets attracted towards
computers and electronic materials after
completing his study at that school.
 He completed his graduation at the year of
1973 after scoring 1590 out of 1600.
However, after completion of his study at
college, he leaves his college.

Different key approaches have been
associated with the operations of
different leaders and managers.
The ways has been enlisted below, which
helped Bill Gates to transform the key
operations of Microsoft at certain

entire Microsoft all by himself and he
had the purposes of serving a large
number of people.

There are different functions of operation
that has been formulated by Bill gates in
order to move up the efficiency of that
organization to a certain extension.
He had used capacity management and
transformation process to move up the
efficiency of that organization.
