Strategic Decision for Resolving Governance and Institutional Voids:
The organizational conducts of are GAYAM Motors are effectively affected by the
political aspects of Thailand. There is an increased probability of intellectual theft from the
business in Thailand and also, the ongoing trade war that the country is facing, with the
American market is another risk factor for the organization. Therefore, the organization must
include certain strategic measures. Given the political spectrum of the country, the company
should focus tying up with other countries where there is more scope and where the political
spectrums will not prove to be a hindrance (Birudavolu, & Nag, 2019).
The organization is also facing certain institutional voids that is affecting the
busisness processes for the organization. It is being difficult for the organization to get a loan
for the business procurement, they are facing issuers with appropriating a licensed innovation
right, and also with showcasing exchanges. Therefore, the organization need to approach the
private organizations for the financial help. They must also aim for an expansion in the
developed countries that will help them with appropriating the licensed innovation right
(VITAMIN, 2019). This is important for any organization. They must also, at the same time
approach to the political organizations for their rights related issues.
Societal Factors and Low- Income Market:
The societal factors that are influencing the business conducts of the organization, are
related to the economic aspects of the country. Since the population of the country is much
less, therefore, the public consumption is quite less. There is an income inequality within the
country which is creating a low income market, and the largest population of the country is
enlisted into this low income group (Officer, 2019). Therefore, this is resulting into a very
low consumption of economic market. Also, the country holds a large unemployed
population and this is effectively affecting the economic growth of the country. The high

tariff structure, in some sections of the society is also affecting the thriving of the
organization (Officer, 2019).
HRM Issues and Expatriating Senior Exec’s:
One of the major HRM challenge that the organization is faced with, is the lack of a
proper legal structure within the country. The political and the social aspects of Thailand is
very complex, therefore, a structured legal system is very important to undergo a sound
business operation, however, the lack of the legal structure, is affecting the organizational
conducts of the company. Therefore, the organization must include a legal structure of itself
which will guide the organizational conducts (Birudavolu, & Nag, 2019).
However, if the organization focuses upon it business in Thailand then they can get
the Expatriates from India at a cheaper labour rate and since the country has a structure legal
system, then it will be easier for the organization to resolve the HR related issues (VITAMIN,
2019).
Supply Chain:
The supply chain system within the country is an affected one as the transportation
process and the communication process within the country is affected by the political
structure. However, the country has a proper legal structure which practice a control system
and process that can be fruitful for the organization to make business (Chaturvedi, Vargas, &
Ocazionez, 2018).
