The main aim of this report is to describe the personal contribution that is being made
while developing the project. The project that is being developed is a software requirement
specification for the GBI. The paper will focus on analyzing the information system that is being
developed for the GBI organization. The main purpose behind developing the system is to
provide a better control over the information system that will ensure that the organization is able
to meet the requirements of the clients. Global Bike Inc. is one of the world classic bicycle
company that aims at serving the professional and prosumer towards the customers. The journal
will focus on describing the major findings that are associated with conducting the project.
The project was mainly developed for the purpose of analyzing the system requirements
for developing the information system. While developing the project we have focused on
collecting and analyzing all the necessary data that will be used for the purpose of determining
the system requirements. Information system plays a crucial role in every organization as it helps
in storing the data effectively. This ensures that all the data can be stored effectively for future
references. The main aim behind developing the information system is to ensure that the
organization will be able to enhance their performance. The project is being developed by our
team for the purpose of engaging the major stakeholders of the GBI and will also be available for
the organization. The project is being developed by the team based on the requirements of the
GBI that includes the sales report, the information of inventory and the details related to each
employee. The viewer will be able to address all the following requirements from the developed
information system. System engineering involves important factors that are the requirement
analysis that is mainly used for the purpose of encompassing the tasks that are going to meet the
needs of the altered projects. The requirements associated with every project needs to be
identified at early stages so that they can offer better functionality towards the organization.

With the help of an effective team we have achieved the successful implementation of the
project. In order to complete a project successfully it becomes essential to develop an effective
team that will be dedicated towards achieving the goal. There is a high need to have proper
control over the team so that they can ensure better performance throughout the organization.
The main aim behind implementing the information system within the organization is to ensure
proper working of the organization. Apart from all this it is essential to implement transparent
team work so that they can provide better support towards the working environment. The system
features that are implemented within the information system will help in achieving the
organization goal. I have worked for the purpose of gathering the essential data related to the
organization. This has helped in sorting the data effectively within the organization. Without an
effective information system it has been observed that designing the system became difficult.
Thus the need of implementing a successful team becomes important.
The information system is developed in such a way that it will store all the necessary
details regarding the products. The data are stored in such a way that will be able to be reviewed
by the users effectively. The details of the product allow customers to understand what the
product should do. PRD is created from the user point of view by a user or a company marketing
department. Project management qualities helps in ensuring that the developed project will be
able to meet the needs of the organization. While developing the project we have focused on
maintaining a proper operating environment so that it can get operated effectively by the
windows operating system. The application that is being developed is mainly written in windows
dependent languages so that it becomes easy to manage the activity.
The main constraints that are associated with design and implementation includes time,
money and resources. Resources play a major role as it helps in managing the activities

effectively. Design constraints are mainly used for the purpose of designing the software and
also help in making the decisions. Resources are important because without the proper resources
John and Peter will not be able to make right decisions. With the help of resources
documentation it will become easy to manage the activities. These documents would be helpful
for the user in understanding the system effectively. The users must have knowledge of the
system interface as well as the system parameter. We have developed the project in a way that it
will be beneficial for the user and will be able to access the interface easily without any issue.
The main objective of the newly developed information system is to automate all the processes
in GBI. The document focuses on illustrating the system features by focusing on the functional
requirements. While developing this project we have faced several processes and hence it
becomes essential to ensure better performance throughout the organization.
Information system plays a crucial role in every organization as it helps in managing the
activities effectively. While developing the project we have focused on implementing an
effective operating system that will be able to address all the basic requirements for the
organization. The main aim behind developing the information system is to ensure that the
organization is able to overcome the challenges. Information system needs to be implemented for
the purpose of ensuring better performance throughout the organization. The major issues that
are ide3ntified within the organization include the issues related to getting access over the data
and the security. Every organization needs to implement proper measure that will safeguard the
data stored within the organization and will ensure that proper security is provided towards all
the information that are stored.
In the solution we have developed an entity relationship diagram that will help in
analyzing the major activities that are taking place within the information system. The main

attributes that are associated with the information system includes employee, order, product,
customer and Co_CED. These are the major attributes that are connected with each other. Each
and every team members has worked effectively so that they can implement the project
successfully. The main reason is to ensure proper working of the system. The database
administrator has the ability to access the information system. However while developing this
project we have omitted the networking requirements. There is a need to implement proper
networking requirement so that they can ensure better performance of the system. Other than the
networking requirements all the needs are being fulfilled.
The nonfunctional requirements are also developed within the information system so that
it can ensure better performance. We have developed different measures for the purpose of
ensuring better performance throughout the organization. we have focused on creating the
database without any fault so that they can be used as effectively for the purpose of storing the
data. The developed database needs to be implemented with the system that will ensure proper
performance of the organization and whenever someone tries to delete the data from database it
is important to generate warning. The developed database needs to be implemented with strong
encryption so that it can be protected from hackers and will ensure better safety throughout the
system. It is important to ensure that the password is encrypted so that unauthorized person does
not get the access over the database. As a team we always focused on performing each task
together so that it can ensure better performance. The main objective throughout the
development process is to ensure that the performance of the organization has been increased and
the system is implemented with proper information system.
Thus after analyzing the process behind developing the information system it can be
stated that with the implementation of this process it will become easy to manage the activities.

System requirements are essential factors as this are mainly used for the purpose of developing
the information system that will ensure better profits towards the organization. GBI is one of the
important organizations in the biking industry. Thus it becomes essential to implement the
information system effectively so that it can ensure better performance. In addition to this we
have also included software quality attributes for determining the database system. While
developing the information system we have maintained an effective measure that will ensure
better performance throughout the organization. We have focused on some requirements that will
ensure better performance of the database. This includes the newly developed database will get
loaded within 30 seconds after sending the request towards the view data. The database that is
developed for the inventory system should be scalable enough across different platform so that it
can ensure effective results towards the users. Thus it can be stated that the project that is being
developed by our team will be able to meet the real time expectation that is set by the
organization.
