Introduction
The main aim of this project is to implement UAE tourist authority for developmentof the
hub in the GCC region for the flight ticket booking on offering through the online auction
system. The main purpose of this application is that they can be used for the booking of flight
ticket with offering price of the application system on the online reservation auction. The user
can open the site: www.GCCTicketsAuction.com and book the ticket on the application. The
GCC region can provideonline ticket offering on auction system for the booking users. The
personalized use of smart phones and web by customer is expected to increase drastically, with
the estimation that 99% of airlines companies are offering smart phones for booking the flight
ticket on the online system. Now days most of the people use Smartphone in the world, so this
application technology will be supported by the Smartphone system and the user can easily login
to the offering ticket booking application, reserve the ticket,make changes, cancel the tickets on
the software system.
The customer can book and cancel the tickets and same time make confirmation as all
these is easy to view with the all the details by using this application. Assuming online flight
booking system analysis the year wise target of the ticket booking as 90,00,000 and ticket to sale
for the marketing of total population is 1% of the booking company, we can analyse the yearly
ticket booking list of the number of the transactions of each customer and find the annual units of
the total transactions for the one customer transaction is 1,00,000 and calculating this for five
customer ticket booking transactions, it will give as 5,00,000 of online flight ticket bookings in
the system. The airlines manager has to target the business model and focus it on the Local
airlines (supplier), booking customers, individual travellers, business travellers, corporate sectors
of the booking ticket service and this we shall analyse and investigate.

Technical requirement
The primary goal of the technical requirement is that they can followtwo types of operation that
includes the function and non-function requirements. The system that contains the record for the
process of operation is Login, my account, select the destination time, suppliers, booking
confirmation, Bidding, displayed the last status and booking detail confirmation records which
all can be stored in the system.

IOS& android platform application
Creating an online flight ticket booking application and which can be used by Adobe XD
application. The Adobe XDis a specific vector based tool and is easy to design and it has a
prototype user experience for the web and mobile apps. The mobile app is easy to access by all
types of smart phones. Creating the prototype of the IOs application that can contains, as the user
signs in the flight ticket booking application page, the page will directly open to the user’s
account page and this will display all the user details. User can enter the ticket booking details
and then click on to the next page to display as per the selection and destination time. The
manager will receive the ticket orders and sent the ticket confirmation mail to the customer. Next
the application can start with the bidding of the last status to check that the ticket is confirmed or
rejected status on the application management system.
Use smart phone and portrait orientation
Booking, Cancellation and Payments of various Air fares which is a positive trait as provided by
the global distribution system to majority of the airlines companies in the world as a necessity
and requirement due to the rapid growth and expansion of flight air ticket booking and its
operations. A inter linked technology and software was needed for this as there was huge demand
and requirement for online ticket booking. This online e-ticket booking for airline tickets saves
time and location restrictions as everything is done online. As an illustration we can see that
more than 1% air tickets are issued as an e-ticket in the US domestic market and it’s a default
option. Using the customer’s smart phone, the airline tickets can be booked easily and without
any hassles (Albertengo et al., 2019).

The JSON request connecting app and server of the interface can be used for, like
thehelpful waiter, run and deliver data as required by this application which shall book the flight
ticket online through the software and via the internet. It also has to take the flight ticket booking
response for requesting to the drivers write backs and to use the flight travel ticket booking
application. The passenger to book the tickets on online and then store all the records on the
application server after that flight agents to send the tickets as confirm or reject confirmation
mail to the passenger (Could smart phone use improve climate models?, 2012).

All the service provided will also be offline for the flight ticket booking travel agency.
Interlinked with a global distribution system, this via an application will be accessed on
the internet. The passenger can book the flight tickets as per the operation mechanism of e-
commerce and do the transaction online with the Flight Booking System (DRZYMAŁA, 2019).
The OTAs offer information and reservation of seats in airlines. Sell package tours, enquiries,
queries, customized tours, solo travels all will be available and using online services like
monthly fees, PayPal account, Credit card usage , net banking etc the payment transactions can
be carried out.
Push notification handle by firebase
The user can book the tickets on the online reservation as well as they can check the
passport, and visa verified. When sending the push notification message to (if the flight is 30
minutes late) the passenger, the notification messages are the preferred method if you want to
take advantage of the firebase console and let the android system handle notification and posting
for the passengers. Notifications to the user on android and IOS platforms are carried out by the
free service provided by firebase notification. Though the firebase console, you can send
notification quickly and easily across platforms without any server coding required (Farid et al.,
2012).

Threats for market entry
Now the competition becomes more tough and competitive when there is entry of more online
ticket booking companies and firms. Market entry barriers are created when the existing
companies and organizations take steps to control the entry of these new entrants and potential
rivals in to the market (Pytlak et al., 2013).
Power of customer
In the market the price paid to the airlines companies and managements will be determined when
the customer becomes powerful and strong thus taking the competiveness of the airline
management companies to higher level. Customer is powerful when there are few of them or
when they are powerful enough to book the management.
Treats form substitutes
Substitute booking system is those tickets that can replace cancelled booking tickets but
are not a direct competitor. For instance, now days there are lot of fight ticket booking agencies
available in the world. This again leads to tough contention among the airline ticket booking
firms and this can reduce or be controlled when there are more available online booking sites for
the airlines tickets (Reese Bomhold, 2013).
Power of supplier
There will be less competitiveness among the passenger companies and firms when the airline
ticket rates are priced high and when a particular online fight ticket booking agency creates a
monopoly in the market and does put pressure on the individuals and passengers. (Sun, Tang and

The revenue stream is the source of revenue which is specified by the online fight ticket booking

online fight ticket booking system, the passenger can book the fight ticket though online and the
agency to collect the cash payment. The revenue system of the online fight ticket booking
depends on the ticket pricing values of the fixed cost and variable cost of the system. The
passenger that can book the online ticket using an application can specify those steps which
includes startup cost, can specify the salaries, rent, fees, insurance, internet&phone, stationary

future growth prediction. Measuring the ARR can increase the profit of the online ticket booking
agency application. Calculating the ARR, which is dividing the total number of target segments
as 90, 00,000 by the number of units (1, 00,000) of the relative years. If start of the initial
investment is 8, 65,073 and the passenger that books the flight ticket that specifies 1 year which
is calculatedon the 3 months basis and find the first 3 months profit is 19% and after 3 months
profit is 27 % which is specified the total year profit is 86,40,000 and calculating the total profit
of the agency value is 95,05,073 increasing the profit of the year on the online ticket booking
system.
The transaction based revenue is the ticket booking agency to create the app and earn
money based on the ticket booking customer or passenger satisfaction for good service. The
transaction venue is based on the business interest rates earned by the lawsuit award(Mohd Suki
and Mohd Suki, 2017). The bsuiness process of the transaction revenue is specified by the top
company income statement which is calculated on yearly and quarterly basis. The transaction of

payment on the passenger, as long as the revenue has been earned. Finding the service revenue in
the initial stages, we can add the expanse of the income statement, material, fees, transportation,
office suppliers and taxes. After that subtract the total expanse revenue of the income net profit
comes to 4, 82,724.67. The business of the service revenue profit has increased.
