There is a continuous rise in the technologies in the current world and the new generation which
is called as Gen Z is going to enter in the market very soon. This essay will provide a deep
knowledge regarding the skills required by the employers in order to operate the organizations
completely filled with the people of Gen Z. The essay is written for the purpose of developing
the understanding regarding the concept of Gen Z and their priorities and behavior. The current
market is developing and it has been expected that in near future there will be the employment of
Gen Z and the employers must have the ability to handle the organization filled with the people
of Gen Z.
The Gen Z is being considered as the place- holder of the youngest people on the earth and it is
also likely to morph as they leave the days of their childhood and soon to be mature enough into
their adolescent as well as the adult identities. This Gen Z is the newest generation in which the
people who are born between the years 1995 to 2015 are included. They are the people currently
holding the age of 3 years to 23 years. There are several factors determined and compared with
the previous generations that how this generation is different from them and it has been
identified that the shaping events of this generation are the social media, smart phones as well as
the struggle of their parents which they have seen very closely. Such generation is growing by
using the mobile phones from the average age of 10.3 years and many of them has grown up
playing the games with their parents tables or the mobile phones. They are being grown in a very
hyper- connected world and their biggest preference for the communication is the smart phone.
They spend most o their time in using such technology savvy devices (Clark, 2017).
The people of Gen Z are entering into the market and the remaining are also going to enter in the
business world in few more years. The Gen Z has been labeled as the exaggerated archetype of
the millennial. These are more tech savvy than them and more obsessed to the screen. They also
have the higher expectations in comparison to the other generations. The employers who are
going to hire them for their organizations, they are required to follow some important tips in
order to manage these people more effectively. Generation Z is considered as one of the true
product of the globalized world. These people are always connected with the internet and are
constantly available for that at a very ease with the ever evolving technologies. These people are
