Background of research topic
Workplace diversity refers with the variety of difference between the individuals in an
organization. This is within the organization encompasses with race, age, gender, ethic and other
aspects (Abankina and et.al., 2016). This creates more benefits for organization like employees
from diverse background imbue organizations with creative new ideas and perspective informed
by their cultural experiences.
Overview of organization
ASDA is the British supermarket Retailers Company founded in 1949. The company has
165000 numbers of employees with 631 numbers of locations. The company is serving various
products and services to its customers like Grocery, general merchandise and financial services.
On the other side, services of company are ASDA mobile, ASDA money and ASDA living.
Research rationale
The main reason for selecting impact of factors on financial effectiveness if influenced by
gender diversity at workplace inspiring from different aspects in company is that it is the current
topic which is in environment. Another reason to select this topic is the personal interest of
researchers. Additionally, main reason to select topic is help to other people who wanted to get
knowledge about equality and diversity at workplace.

management of organization making effective projects for the growth of company. There are
increasing various opportunities to take effective participation and its involvement of the woman
in organizational effective management. On the other side Palacios (2016) stated that, in the
process of gender diversity there can be taken complete and effective advantage of different
aspects. Those include benefits of specialisation and skills as well as qualities which can impact
in financial and management performance of ay organization making impact on performance of
organization.
In the contradict manner Özbilgin and Slutskaya, (2017), stated that the managing
diversity in the workplace which represent a set of unique challenges for the company
management. Those challenges can be impact to mitigate with company for making efforts for
encourage a more effective environment for working. On the other side Klein, (2016) stated that,
effective management of equality and diversity at workplace is help to create more effective and
valuable for enhance business and employee performance. That is very essential for a
organization to think about the impact of company policies and practices have on a diverse group
of employees.

changing employer’s trends.
