organizational goal. The target respondents will be 30 top, middle and lower level management
employees of selected global organizations and they will be asked questions on job satisfaction,
employee performance and human resource practices followed in their organizations. Qualitative and
quantitative data analysis tools will be used in analysing the relationship among variables including
job satisfaction and gender diversity (Lewis 2015). Statistical data gathered will be represented
through graphs and tables to understand research outcomes in easy manner.
