international sandwich shop chain based in UK. It has 450 shops around in 9 countries. The main
purpose of this research is to identify the strategies and initiatives taken by the companies to
build a diverse work place environment. Present also will focus on the
Gender inequality and make the things improper for the business task. Diversity and inequality is
the integral part within the organization which might also affect the company internal reputation
in front of the employees as well.
Company Overview
Pret A Mange is an international sandwich chain across the 9 countries. Founder of Pret
A Mange has based in Hampstead, London in 1984. the concept of this business is very diverse
and unique as the chain of Pret A Mange is based on handmade products like natural food.
Pret A Mange using organic ingredients and promote its sandwiches are made on the day of
purchases in a kitchen at each location.

investigation of concept by gathering data by performing statistical, computing and mathematical
technique. The qualitative research is considered as process where scientific methods of
observation to gather non numerical data. This research is based on quantitate data because this
will provide better information about the critical information of company related to equality and
discrimination. Use of statistical data helped the researcher in gaining insight detail related to
subject matter and carrying out this investigation in systematic manner.

effectively managed and sustainable the research which explore the research findings. Also it
makes the system of research effectively managed. Data collection collects the required
information or data related to research aims and objectives (Ravazzani, 2016). Apart from this, it
effectively managed and maintained the systematic process of research in high efficient manner.
Besides, present study collected secondary as well as primary data by supporting information and
survey conducted by 20 respondents respectively. However, the business successfully manage
the work in effective manner.

Throughout the learning from this research, I have learned that the Pret a Manger is a self

interesting place to work and and the center of attraction for the customers (Tang and et.al.,
2015). I have done the two types of research to collect the actionable information : primary and
secondary.

After interviewing the managers of Pret a Manger I have discussed about the experience
and the steps taken to increase the productivity and the strategies implemented at the workplace
for equality and the diversity and I got a very impressive answers and from that I have learned
that the proper planning before, during and after the implementation is very important and that
influence on the future growth of ourself. The owner of Pret a Manger believe that the Top down
approach is not enough and they believe in the open interaction with the employees to know their
views and ideas that can be helpful for the growth of the company. The equality in the company

inequality is the major concern of the company which has to be removed from the workplace
environment. Apart from that it makes the study more effective and makes the things more
sustainable. However, the business environment is effectively done more energetic and makes
the study more effectively done. Diversity training create understanding between the employees
that makes them satisfied and popular within the growth. Besides, training and education
development is effectively worked on the development process of apart that better understand the
things more effectively done and influencing in the best possible manner (Syed and Ozbilgin,
eds., 2015). Remember that diversity is about more than race and recruit over broader. Such
activities can also helps to better understand the things into more detailed manner. This
managing business environment. Business should also need to take step against people who did
any discrimination activities that effectively managed or maintaining the process UN

found negative about the company but every positive thing always have a negative side but the
honesty and the way the team of this company deals with the problems makes this a very
interesting place and I have learned and improves myself a lot regarding the integrity and the
way to handle the problems with ease and the patience. From the above research I have learned
different things that are important for the performance of organization in the market place.
