build a diverse work place environment. Present also will focus on the

the integral part within the organization which might also affect the company internal reputation
in front of the employees as well.

A Mange has based in Hampstead, London in 1984. the concept of this business is very diverse
and unique as the chain of Pret A Mange is based on handmade products like natural food.
Pret A Mange using organic ingredients and promote its sandwiches are made on the day of
purchases in a kitchen at each location.

interview, observation. Besides, secondary data has collected through Newspaper, Articles,
Books & Journals. For conducting a present research, researcher has been conducting primary as
well as secondary research. Primary data has been collecting through conducting questionnaire
survey from 20 respondents. Data collection is the most important method of the research which
effectively managed and sustainable the research which explore the research findings. Also it
makes the system of research effectively managed. Data collection collects the required
information or data related to research aims and objectives (Ravazzani, 2016). Apart from this, it
effectively managed and maintained the systematic process of research in high efficient manner.
Besides, present study collected secondary as well as primary data by supporting information and
survey conducted by 20 respondents respectively. However, the business successfully manage

targets. Ethical consideration can be specified as one of the most important parts of the research.
Ethical consideration is the regulatory framework which need to be followed by the researcher to
take effective outcomes and findings of the research (Walton, Murphy and Ryan, 2015).
DATA COLLECTION
For the data collection questionnaire is used over the interview because it is easy for
people to full fill questionnaire and this can save time for both researcher and respondents.
Taking interview is a time consuming process but questionnaire provide time related and place
related flexibility and can be filled any time.

Interpretation : from the above survey or table it has been identified that how much employees
sustained with the company as long period of time. Out of 12 managers 2 managers are
successfully survived in the company for 2 years. 10 managers is the good ratio which define
that company have good environment in terms of employee development. 5 managers who spend
their life with 1 years in Pret a Manger which shows how much company have good ratio of
retention power. Rest of the 5 managers would have been suggested that it manage the following
business targets. It has been found from this survey that, managers are happy with the
organization workplace area and they also want to spend more time with Pret a Manger.
