It has been find out from current investigation that managing
Gender Equality in Leadership and Management is essential and
beneficial for an organisation as it lead to Creation of inclusive

higher productivity through enhanced coordination among
employees. Beside this, management of gender equality is also
viable as lack of Gender Equality in Leadership and
