Research Methodology is generally regarded as activity which is performed in the research to select
the best methodology to carry out the diverse activity in the research. Research Methodology section
generally describe the description about the kind of research kind, approach and data collection tool is

Research Type: Research is generally understand as number of activity which is generally

of research there are two most preferred kind of research kind which is used by diverse researcher to carry
out the outcome of the research (Mohegan, 2018). . Qualitative and Quantitative are two most preferred
kind of research kind which has been discussed in the above lines. Qualitative research kind is a kind of
research in which the researcher generally uses diverse sources to collect the non-numerical data in the
research and try to derive the outcome of the research in the same form as well. At the same time
Quantitative research is kind of the research in general in which the researcher generally uses numerical
data as form of finding out the outcome of the research. Looking at the nature of the research and need of
the research, researcher had realized that using the Quantitative research kind will be the best. As
Qualitative research kind will consume more amounts of time and resources in regards of finding out the
outcome of the research.
Research Technique: There was variety of the diverse alternative in front of the researcher to
conduct the research. Diverse kind of research techniques are interview, observation, focused group,
Questionnaire and modelling. Looking at the pros and cons of variety of the diverse kind of the
techniques, it was identified that Questionnaire technique of data collection and gathering will be easy for
the researcher. This is the prime reason which has driven the researcher to select the same technique and
conduct the research on the basis of the same as well. Questionnaire will include good amount of close
ended question which will supports researcher in having good sort of information from respondent side.
All the question which are drafted in the research generally rooms around the objective of questionnaire,
which has helped the researcher in having good sort of information to conduct study in the organization.
Data collection: Data collection is generally regarded as a process in which the researcher
generally looks to collect good sort of the information from the market so that quality of the research is
generally maintain. Researcher highlights that there are two most preferred or most preferred used
research kind in general. Namely primary and secondary data collection. Primary data in the research is
collected by the way of the survey which was targeted on the respondent. Survey was conducted by the

Sampling: Sampling is regarded as a process in which sample size in the research is selected, so that with
the supports of them survey can be collected in the research. Researcher generally uses two kind of
sampling method in the research to select the sample size for the project. Probabilistic and Non
Probabilistic are two kind of sampling method which is generally used in the research. Probabilistic
sampling looks at providing equal opportunity to all get selected in the research (Dodd’s and Hess, 2020).
At the same time Non probabilistic sampling generally not provides equal opportunity to all. In regards to
the current study of the research, researcher has taken supports of simple random sampling method under
probabilistic technique to select the sample size for the project. By using the simple random sampling
method research had selected the 40 respondent as a sample size of the research.
Data Analysis: Data analysis is generally a process in which the researcher generally uses the
diverse sort of tool to understand the diverse data in the best way possible. Inductive and Deductive are
two most proffered kind of data analysis tool in general. In general researcher used Inductive research at
the time of finding out or analysing the qualitative data. At the same time deductive research kind is used
to analysis the Quantitative research kind. In regards to the current study the scholar has selected the
deductive data analysis tool reason behind the same is that it used to support the kind of the Quantitative
research kind.
Research Ethics: In the process of carry out the research, scholar has certainly made it sure that
good level of ethics is generally maintained throughout the process of the research. As scholar had taken
the consent of diverse targeted sampler before collecting data from their side. Also, scholar had made it

the task was very limited in number. To overcome the same issue in the research, researcher has taken

through which diverse information can be collected in the research. Reason behind the same is that there
were too many sources and all were providing the different type of the outcome, for overcoming the same
issue in the company researcher has decided to take the supports of senior member. Taking supports of
senior member has supported the scholar in finding out the best source to collect data. Communicating
with other in the company was another limitation which was identified by the company but with the
supports of bringing some of the changes in the communication plan team was able to overcome same
issue.

the company is positive then it will assist to meet the define aim within specific tenure. Further,
50% (median value) respondents stated that in Aston Martin female employees are more capable in
leadership and management as compare to male employees. Thus it is also supported under literature
review section in which it is examine that at management level, if company offer equal position to male
and female then it will assist to sustain brand image and positive working environment as well. In
addition to this, average value also reflected that there are range of ways used by quoted firm in order to
