time frame. In context of this, gender equality in the working area is also consider as a most
significant issues facing by employees right now (Schuh and et. al., 2014). But on the other
side, currently business organisations are focus on promoting as well as improving gender
diversity wherein each and every workers whether they are male or female should be treated
equally. This will contributes in developing positive and healthy working environment
within the business organisation. As manager and leader also responsible for managing
equality in team and working area so that employees can easily create positive relation with
each other. Current research is based on Morrisons, is one of the famous and biggest organisation
that run their business in over the world with the aim of establishment its set targets.
