ABSTRACT
In the present report, effectiveness of equality among all members must treated with
following different regulations and practices. It assists to solve issues related with gender
equality. With the help of proper pay and working conditions, women also get opportunities
which helps to lead in appropriate system. Hence, article 7 we all are working equal helps to
putting positive picture that assists to treats same to take support that made complaint of sex
discrimination. Furthermore, there are different kinds of laws also explained that must be
followed in group of society that helps to lead in successful results and outcomes. In this aspect,
employment restrict to accomplish purpose and play important role regarding equality.
Furthermore, different practices must be considered that helps to ensure that gender
equality must be stop from workplace. This is because, each member has right to get appropriate
amount of wage and regulate distinctive function with sufficient demand. In this regard,
effectiveness also develop in positive aspect that helps to play role to maintain performances in
appropriate manner. As a result, it is essential to follow all rules and regulations to diminish
domestic violence.

INTRODUCTION
Gender equality means that different behaviours, aspiration and needs of female & male
are considered, favoured and valued equally. With this regard, women and men become same in
term of rights, responsibilities and opportunities. Hence, discrimination must be reduced that
arising in business. In the present study, importance of equality among different men and women
shows with law that must be implement in right manner (Livingston, Sommerlad and Cooper,
2017). According to article 7, We All Are Equal Before the Law determined and entitled to equal
protection against discrimination in violation has bee considered. This article show that law is
equal to elimination of all forms of discrimination against women. As a result, it has been says
that constitution of republic of Albania and array of international instruments ratified.
All people are born in same way as human so that they deserve same rights and
acceptance as long which must be followed with law and it complies to norms that set to protect
all individuals. In the history, certain group of people generally face issue of discrimination,
segregation and injustice (Åhlin, Ericson‐Lidman and Strandberg, 2015). This is because, they
are of specific race, skin, culture that consider to be part of lower category of human beings as
well as fact of holding different beliefs and ideals.

It is really hard to believe that women are not equal playing in field with men yet. It is
less equal for women in term of colour, trans women and other marginalised groups. There are
several ways which adopted by people to identify as women are not treated equally men.
However, it is not considered in term of wage gap but also demonstrate several ways which
identify as women those are not treated equally to people who identify as men (Pacolet, Bouten
and Versieck, 2018). In social group of America, only 20% of women hold seats in parliament so
that massive disparity and as per Washington Post there are three men in who hold political
office in US. There are different issues take place due to inequality between men and women
such as lack of education due to inequality in generation gap. Large disparity can be found in
several other African countries.

Furthermore, career opportunities also reduce for women so that law must be place which
stipulate state owned or publicly traded in companies must be comprised of 40% women. In
many nations poor payment of wage create major impact on results and outcomes. Unequal pay
describe that same job of men and women considered but there is no proper payment of wage
determined. It increases discrimination among several people which arises problems and issues
in which different section shown where women get highly affected (Prince, Wu and Yusuf,
2015). It increases criminal aspects in the society which reduce appropriate work system of
people in a group.

With respect to solve issue of discrimination among male and female, it can be stated that
different laws must be applied. In order to deal with women and unequal pay, it can be stated that
appropriate law need to considered in proper manner. They are as follows: Equal pay act 1970: Equal pay act helps to prevent discrimination in different terms and
conditions of employment between men and women. This act of parliament of UK
prohibited less favourable treatment between female and male in terms of pay and
conditions of employment (Etkind, Bone and Murtagh, 2017). Equality act 2010: The Equality act 2010 legally protect people from discrimination at
workplace and wider society as well. It replaced with previous anti-discrimination laws in
single act. This act demonstrates easier work to understand and strengthening protection
in particular situations. It also assists to provide protection for certain illnesses which
established as disability. In this act, it can be describe that person is disabled if they have
physical or mental impairment which create long term adverse impact on day to day
activities (Kogan, Wilber and Mosqueda, 2016). Policy guidance and practice guidance: Policy and practice guidance demonstrate global
governance principles in particular range of themes which are generally issues to

employed people with increasing training to develop skills and abilities to do job. In different
cases, it is essential to offer occupational qualification which includes jobs in welfare services,
acting which required among men and women. Sexual harassment of women must be reduced

CONCLUSION
From the present study, it can be concluded that equality play very important role among
different members who are working in same company. In this regard, whole group must have
undertaken equality and discrimination to understand guidelines that are basic which need to be
placed in equality and diversity. Furthermore, it can be summarised that positive actions must be
apply which helps to encourage women to consider candidates on their suitability. Moreover,
discrimination at work must be reduced with age discrimination, bullying in the workplace,
racial discrimination, etc. In this regard, offering women only support services that is victims of
domestic violence who are women is likely to be justifiable.
