INTRODUCTION
Gender equity means fair treatment is been conducted with women and men as per their
needs and requirements (Jaquette and Summerfield, 2020). The notion of gender equity includes
equal treatment of everyone irrespective of their gender or treatment which is different but
considered as equal in terms of rights, benefits, applications and opportunities. The present essay
is evaluating and researching upon intrusive approaches adopted for gender equity in order to
serve the communities and generating positive outcomes for the people.

Gender equity is also known as sexual equality or equality of the sexes putting the focus
on fairness and justice in relation to all the benefits and needs of men and women as well as girls

as well as men to enjoy their rights and work and live their lives as equals within a respective
society. Australia have a respective Ada program known as Australia awards which is efficiently
committed and dedicated to promote gender equity where empowerment of women and girls is
an integral part of the program.
The program encompasses aspects which are important and valuable for promoting
gender equality in the society. The program includes enabling women to have a se in decision
making which automatically and profoundly affected their lines and allows them to enjoy the
benefits that accrue from gender transformative development. Is very common that in several
communities and regions of the World women do not enjoy the same opportunities and benefits
as men drinking then great disadvantages and barriers in their lives. The Australia award aims to
ensure the equal participation and benefits to men and women through the program there are
both the parties will be having a vital role to play as transformative leaders in promoting gender
equality and social inclusion in workplace as well as communities (Nash and et. al., 2021).

integral part of it. There are certain priorities which are included in developmental policies of

who are having a family and willing to study abroad under scholarship programs. Such decisions
