To maintain high diversity with in organization it important for them to implement
various effective practices with in organization. On global scale women are provided with fewer
opportunities in business organization. In other condition the involvement of women is also
comparative less than men. In many organization gender discrimination is major issues. This is
important for organization to provide equal opportunities to both men and women in senior
leadership and management of organization. Gender based discrimination is most common type
of discrimination with in different organizations. This problem need to be addressed by the
organization to avoid different operational issues.

Rationale
There are many organizations which are facing gender based discrimination with in
diverse work culture. The involvement of women is also less than men on the management and
leadership level of companies. This research topic is selected to collect various kind of
information regarding the topic in order to find various process to avoid this kind of problems in
company.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Sampling
In this research process probability sampling is used in which simple random sampling
process is used to select 30 employees of Tesco PLC for primary data collection.
Data collection
Data collection is a process that includes collection of data from different sources that are
related to the research topic (Gray, 2019). There are two processes are used in research process
to collect data which are primary data collection and secondary data collection. In this research
project both approaches are used in order to develop more precise and accurate result.
Data analysis
There are different tools and techniques are used to analyse data that is collected in the
data collection process to analyse qualitative data thematic data analysis technique is used
(Rosenthal, 2016). This technique is used for data analysis because it allows to analyse data from
different perspectives.
Research design- The research design that will be used in the research will be exploratory.
Because it can provide better evaluation of current situation
Research approach- The Research approach that will be used in this research project will be
inductive to develop knowledge and understanding.
Research philosophy- Research Philosophy that will be used in this research will be Positivism
and interpretivism to get better data and information regarding current situation.
Ethical considerations- In this research all ethical standards will be followed in order to keep
information and data more reliable and suitable for condition (Lariviere and Kandampully,
2019). To meet all ethical standards respondents will be provided with ethical consideration form
to fill.
