INTRODUCTION
In each and every organisation, managers need to adopt practices related to equality and
diversity so that employees get equal opportunities and rights. By implementing such practices
within the organisation, individuals will feel motivated and encouraged which leads to produce
best quality products and services (Dahanayake, 2018). Along with this, in order to execute
equality as well as diversity practices, management team need to modify their strategies and

time period. In the present research, Aston Martin Lagonda is chosen as the base company. It is a
British multinational company which was established in the year 1913 and is a car manufacturing
company. Aim and objectives are developed by considering equality and diversity practices so
that researchers will conduct the whole research in an effective manner. Furthermore, it includes
description about Gantt chart, PMP and WBS which is used by investigator in order to complete
the whole research effectively. Along with this, different research methods adopted by researcher
