INTRODUCTION
Equality & diversity at work refers to giving equal rights to humans in the workplace and
in the society. Giving equivalent job possibility to the employees encourage them to work in an
effective manner. It also help employees to work autonomously in the organisation. To apply
equality and diversity activity managers adopts various methods and strategies that directly
contributes in achieving business goals in appropriate manner. For completing the present
project, BMW Group company is considered. The company was founded in 1916 and initailly it
had operations as manufactuere of aircraft engines. In the present research, aim as well as
objective are developed so that positive outcome will be produced. In addition to this, project
management plan, WBS, Gantt chart is explain (Richardson and Monro, 2012). The report also
view different areas of research methodology that helps in attaining objectives in suitable
manner. At the end, a detailed discussion is going to be developed on the research experience.

time. One of the main objective is that each and every individual person working within the
organisation have same treatment and fair opportunities. BMW Group ensures every worker get
equal & fair treatment. This as a result assist in maintaining the employees happy as well as
satisfied which enhance the efficiency of employees and produce positive outcome. It is ensured
by the management team of the company that every individual treated within the organisation in
equal manner and there might not be any kind of discrimination on the basis of age, nationality,
gender, disability and so on.

and ended on January 22, 2019.

Primary research: It define as further investigation where research collect fresh and new
data to complete the investigation in an effectual way. There are various sources with the help of
which investigator gather information such as questionnaire, observations, interview, surveys &
other methods. It has been said that it is one of the most time consuming as well as costly method
used by investigator for conducting the investigation in an effective manner (Blau, 2016).
Secondary research: It define as the investigation which assist the researcher in order to
collect all the data from past. It includes sources which are online articles, newspaper,
magazines, journals, online sites & so on. As comparison to primary, secondary research method
consumes less time, efforts and cost.
