INTRODUCTION
Studies confirmed that gender can be consider as a group desires and expectations along
with associated norms which are being interconnected or interlinked with how an individual should
behave or act and live with in society. There are several of debates which are being on trend in
regards with gender based payroll with in workplaces issues, gender inequality as well as gender
based violence that may lead each individual to face serious outcomes. In UK, report concluded that
gender based inequality may affect physical, social and mental health of a person. The sex of an
individual may defined biological and physiological characteristics that can describe men and
women boys and girls, attributes, social roles as well as own faith, the activities of an individual are
assigned and approved through society. The expectations and demands of society might fluctuate as
per the trends. In order to live freely, rebellious power may take place. Gender inequality termed to
be biggest challenge from decade (Chmielewski, Tolman, and Kincaid, 2017). Due to this
inequality, women and girls have faced challenges and consequences. This report may underpin
each aspects of gender based challenges and issues which are faced by them in order to have
freedom to choose their way to live with in society. Moreover, it may also involve theories in
regards with context. This report may cover different aspects which are demonstrated by debates in
the sociology gender and sexuality, there are evidence based experiences which are defined by
individuals.
Main body
Minimizing gender considered to be major challenge and also global health and
development priority. The report concluded gender inequality has been practised since World War
2.UK made zero progression and development in minimizing the affect of gender inequality with in
sexes in the past decade as well. There are reports which are limited evidence based conclude that
there women live may involve around the economic 9inactiovity, unpaid work, part time work
patterns as well as five shorter work live as compared to men. Gender inequality can contains
gender base disparities with each level of academics, career, health factors and also over all in
determinants and decisions affecting individual future outcomes. As per the report, there are such
workplaces and institutes where women are being judge by their intellectual abilities. Scientific
determinants of the several segments in each men and women, demographic place properties as well
as characteristics, that may de4scrive nature of those particular persons in the physical appearance
as well as their own intellectual abilities (Chmielewski, Tolman, and Kincaid, 2017).

with UK lobbyist, A desire to provide them (females), an equal education and to introduce same
goals for them, is a dangerous scenario in case if it happen the women will leave their homes and
will take part in our battle, on this day a social revolution will take place or begin and whole thing
which give support to family will be vanished and disappear. There were several of debates which
also occurred due to this harsh and mean time logical statements. There were some journals who
were agree, due to wellness of family. It has been also seen debates which are conducted in order to
discuss about facts on gender based payroll, gender based violence, gender inequalities that may pas
harsh ans also illogical statements which can harm individual's sentiments and also affect mental
health of an individual(Pelt-Willis, 2021).
Summary Of Paragraph
It has been summarised that in each sectors women are the who face challenges and
consequence to live forward. In some places as there are judge by their intellectual capabilities and
abilities, on the other hand they are being judged by their behaviours and attitudes towards society.
Studies confirmed that here are also places where there are forced not to go for academic platform
and interrupt to their independence. Binding together the concept of nature along with sex with
extension and the properties and assigned their each roles by two sexes made these facts truths
extremely persuasive and they also become common and entrenched in Western culture and
political view. As per report, it has been found that due to inequality in gender mainly contributes
gender pay gap. Closing wage gap is a biggest challenge, in this case the women deal several of
challenges and consequences. In may occupations females are most likely to pay less as compared
to men counterparts.
Theories
For functionalist, the roles and responsibility were cleared and determined, that may result
increase of so World War 2 social solidarity (SERIES and GORACCI, 2021). Example, at the time
of World War 2, there paid low as compared to men and support was provided through values as it
was cost saving during wartime. When majority of women collectively raised the voice and
demands of equal work and equal pay in 1960, laws had to pass this to occur. The past 60 years it
has been covered and investigated, values does not keep constant and may alternate norms and vice
versa (Rizvi,2020). Another most important theories which is applicable in this context feminist
movement. As it is well called as Women's Liberation Movement too, it refers to a set of political
campaigns that are highly oriented to the concern of females who are dealing with issues and issues
affect their quality of life.
Theories of sociology may helpful in determining the nature, behaviour as well as social
dynamics of humans, it may also provide social dynamics and structure which are highly associate

with each other. Lets explore the theory based exposure and investigate how it may illustrate gender
payroll gap (SERIES and GORACCI, 2021). The report state that in 2019, the full time working
female is capable to earn 17 dollar per year but a man can earn 19 dollar, that means gender gap still
exist with in society. As this may also get differ if woman is black or Hispanic. Not only women and
also it may involve each individual should not suffer these adverse affects due to their sex, gender,
race or ethnicity (SERIES and GORACCI, 2021).
The functionalism highly objectified in the favour of women right and the challenges are
faced them should be highlighted with in society. It has been divided in to three segments and each
segments is support by individuals that resultant a equality with in society. As the first segment of
functionalism mainly supported through middle class society, the white women as well as adopted
through western culture. Whereas, second wave of this theory describe about the female colour and
rights that should be given highlights and should not repeated. The report may conclude women
developing countries as well as nations do seek sisterhood ans also solidarity who also claims that
women class is a struggle. As there are little attention or awareness and seriousness in regards with
martial rape and assaults, laws of divorce and child custody ans also women's shelter. Through
implementation of Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), as it was considered to be positive and
successful step and along with issues that should be overcome that may also involve the social,
domestic and issues in regards with all issues (Beggan and Allison, 2018).
There are also several facts that should be highlighted in debates and should be illustrate
openly. The debate may include psychopathology and also its main element of deviation in gender
identity and sexual orientation (Beggan and Allison, 2018). The debates may also include
reformulation and trending concepts. The studies concluded, individuals such as gay, lesbian,
bisexual and also trans debits low aggression in respect to social norms which are being addressed
through society in order to ask them to live as per their wish. This low aggression can also affect
their mental well being. In this context the biggest which can work in order to neutralise these
relation between them hat can be social acceptance and conducting optimistic environment in which
they can grow and develop themselves as per their views and learning.
In the view sociologist Butler, the biological identity of an individual can be binary that can
be either male or female, that is essential and also that can be natural affect and the biological
expression of an individual develop the based on binary platform that can highlighted or
overviewed by application of cultural interpretation of person's biological expression (sex) and
sexual desires, for example if a baby born as a boy so it is compulsory for baby to act like a boy
when he grew up if he wishes too carry out another expression in which he or she can meet their
real and pure soul and similarly goes with applied with girls.

As there are number for sociologist and societies which still pass conflicted statements in
regards with butler theory of binary digits. Hence the butler argues, these configurations of gender,
sex as well as sexual desires are only intelligible (Beggan and Allison, 2018). The societal view of
gender is being decided and also it has been set the boundaries and assumed the actions what should
be taken if it goes wrong.
As per the another report, it may reflect the societal view of gender in a several feminist
writers, those who describe sex in regards with biological and gender as well as cultural. The butler
also criticizes this distinction with in sex. According to butler sex is natural, essential and should be
according to one's feeling towards it. As it is not necessary to follow the path and road which are
created and determined through society. Furthermore in several studies, it has been identifies sex is
cultural, natural and also essential (Jieyu, 2017).
In this context Butler included that sex can be consider, one's feelings and attitude towards it
can be illustrate sex. According to butler sex is natural, essential and should be according to one's
feeling towards it. As it is not necessary to follow the path and road which are created and
determined through society. It may also cites for the varieties of chromosomes, hormones that might
always align in the expected which can be gain in a binary pattern. The biologist who may view the
concept traditionally view the body as in both natural. He also claims on that if an individual want
to urge its own free will which can be applicable in context of gender and sexuality. The three
approaches which can be applicable in context that are approaches also termed as traditionally
approaches they are as follows.
Another approach which can be derived here is Evolutionary approach. It is binary form of
approach that can state that biological type of sex are major determinants of identification and
recognition of sex of an individual. There are also some social approaches as well that can describe
social point view that are considered to be negative outcomes or consequences. The social point
view may provide negative perspectives monitoring and optimizing it ethically. An individual's
attitude towards society may also demonstrate the behaviour, pattern as well as principle which are
being followed by an individual to live in a society(Chmielewski, Tolman, and Kincaid, 2017). But,
the view of butler are cross fired through The social perspectives literature studies may reflect
empirical examples of such negative consequences that termed to be occur at the tine of review. As
the through the establishment of the this theory the behalves and faith if an individual can be
derived. As we grow and develop in a environment we all get influenced by our morals which are
being followed in our home as well as external companies in which we get involved. There are
other perspectives which can be derived through implementation of such theories.

Gender based violence (GBV) or violence that are against women as well as girls (VAWG)
is a global health challenge as it may reflect number of serious outcomes. The number that may
reflect are 25 percent of females world wide who have faced either physical as well as sexual
violence with their respective partners. As these characteristics may affect social and economic
boundaries that may affect women and girls of socio economic backgrounds as this issue needs to
be addressed in developed as well as under developing countries as well. The strategies that can be
recommended in order to tackle with this gender based violence are learning, investment,
partnerships along with stakeholders around world wide. As per the report, gender based violence
that can be concluded which are being highlighted these days are honour killing, trafficking,
marital rape, physiological and emotion violence (Beggan and Allison, 2018).
As per the studies, it may also affect mental health of an individual and have enough
potential to induce factors such as anxieties, depression and so on. As per the recent report of BBC,
it has been observed that girls and young women are being tortured physically and mentally at their
home. Further more, academic journey of most Muslim girl termed to be challenging, due to their
principle in many countries are still not allowed to peruse their studies (Rizvi,2020). This kind of
violation may impact their psychological well being. It has been getting viral and highlighted on
social media platform in enormous titles such as me-too movement which itself as a part of
revolution. Number of girls now, confronting their hidden fears and truth in resepct to their awful
experiences that they encounter it on everyday.
CONCLUSION
As per the report it has been concluded that gender and equality are main concerning factors
which should be resolved and should be ethically handled. As there are people sentiments which are
being attached to it. Implementation and support as well as full monitor be should be exist Council
of UK and also there shroud must ensure the inter changes of mechanisms that are essential to apply
and also mandatory to follow. The trust, support, motivation should be provided through legal
frameworks and connected acts that may helpful in the favour such of these serious issues and
through it preventable steps can be taken to carry forward. Personal recommendations that can be
provided in this context is to adoption of strategies that can be helpful in tackling such as gender
main streaming and counselling with in workplace that can demonstrate the importance of equality
and individual's rights can helpful in minimizing gender based issues. Where as in order to
eliminate the factors of genders based violence with in society's sectors, provisions of council of
Europe UK convention that must be adopted. The factors social acceptance as well as campaigns
that may reflect a better understanding in learning gender based issues should be conducted.
