INTRODUCTION
In this report I am going to describe My ideal Job i.e. jobs in which I am interested in and
where I would like to work, Job description of My ideal job i.e. what roles do they play and
changes that can come into future, resources that can help in seeking or searching my ideal job.
MAIN BODY
My Ideal Job
My ideal job is to become a General Manager in a top fast food organization where I can
focus on all the operational work of the organization. It is my ideal job and want to peruse my
carrier as a General manager as I am good in research and love to gain knowledge about this
industry, current trends of this industry etc. I am interest in this sort of Job because I have faith in
myself that I can help the organization in establishing a restaurant plan by conducting a survey of
restaurant demands, I can also conduct a research and understand as well as evaluate current
competitors. Not only this I am also good in understanding and analysing financial reports of an
organization on the basis of which I can even project the overall sales of the Restaurant. I would
like to work in top Fast food organizations like McDonald’s Restaurant, Tortilla or Barburrito
etc. as scope of growth within these organizations is quite high or I can also say that starting my
carrier in such organizations can help me to boost by carrier and achieve success.
A Job Description for My Ideal Job
According to me a General Manager of a fast food organization delivers profits and
revenues by developing, financing, marketing and providing appealing service to the restaurant
and well as managers the fast food restaurants staff managers in an appropriate manner. As this
industry is changing and advancement in this industry is occurring continuously and current
trend is changing due to this competition in future in this is going to enhance due to which in
future responsibilities of a General Manager is going to increase. According to me in future
responsibilities of general manager is going to change in many ways. Like in future they will be
required to play more than one role and responsibilities as today many organizations are trying to
automate their things using advanced technology due to which many jobs are either being
merged or removed completely from the organizations and I think that in future these changes
are only going to get enhanced. I think that these changes will change the point of view of
interest of people who are looking to work as a General manager in a Fast Food organization.

People will be required to prepare themselves in a more better manner such that they become
capable enough to handle more than one job responsibilities.
Resources that can help When Seeking a Job
There are various tools that can be used as a tool to seek ideal job. It is important to
understand and effectively use those tools in an appropriate manner so that we can seek or find
out ideal job. Here are few resources that can be used to find ideal job are:
LinkedIn: it is a kind of social network used by professionals. It is used by employers to post job
vacancies and is used by individuals to seek job. Individuals need to keep their profile updated
and build network so that if there is any kind of job then they can directly apply for it.
Facebook: it is again a kind of social networking site that can be used by individuals to connect
with people. In order to find ideal job induvial, need to type job type on search box, select
location and type of industry and subscribe in order to get notifications.
Twitter: it is a kind of microblogging system or social networking system that can be used to
interact with people through messages.
Indeed: It is specifically a kind of employment related search engine in which all kinds of jobs
are listed for the users who seek to kind an ideal job. In order to find an ideal job on twitter start
following people wo work in the field you want to work.
Monster: it is also a kind of global employment website that can be used by job searchers.
Individuals can update their skills and qualities and then search job accordingly.
CONCLUSION
My ideal job is to Work as a general manager in a Top fast food organization. According
to me the main responsibility of a General manager is to delivers revenues and profits by
developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service as well as manage
staff. I will be using LinkedIn, Indeed and Monster as resources to find my ideal Job.
