finance, logistics, accounting system, purchasing that are implemented for the effective management
of funds of the company (Laudon & Laudon, 2015). This consists of various HRIS systems having
different modules that help the HR manager in managing the human resources regarding optimum
performances. Moreover, the modules include the attendance and time module, recruitment module,
self-service module, a payroll management module and recruitment module (Martinelli & Milosevic,
2016).
