with the profitability of the firm has revenue generation within the firm is low for increasing

for regarding the product market cap abilities and product development. It can use ANSOFF
matrix for identifying the problem as well as getting the solution for it. This matrix is
discussed below.
ANSOFF matrix: this is that matrix or a Framework which is design to develop different
strategy according to the need of the organisation where it in can increase its profitability and
sure the long run within the target market. It includes four types of strategy which can be
used by the organisation for increasing the profitability and revenue generation.
Market development: it describe the main focus on developing the market for the
