This report presents a detailed geotechnical analysis of three soil samples (A, B, and C) intended for different construction purposes. Sample A focuses on embankment construction, detailing compaction tests to determine maximum dry density (MDD) and optimum moisture content (OMC), ensuring the soil meets the required 95% MDD. Sample B, intended for drainage material, undergoes sieve analysis and a constant head permeability test to assess its suitability, revealing that the material is finer than standard. Finally, Sample C, a fine-grained soil for general fill, is analyzed for its liquid limit, plastic limit, and in-situ moisture content using the cone penetration test and oedometer test, to assess its plasticity and consolidation behavior under pressure. The report provides key parameters like grain size distribution, Atterberg limits, permeability, and consolidation properties, offering valuable insights for civil engineering applications.
