among all the members of the team so that the project segregation can be done to achieve the
decided targets efficiently and effectively. The responsibility is segregated into seven
possible types of people that are project manager, quality manager, testing specialist, lead
developer, user interface designer, programmer and research and development manager. The
manager of project use to coordinate with members of the team and the activities they are
performing and later identify any risk associated with the project. The manager of quality
ensures that Getaways Travels project must meet all user expectations and must maintain
several software features. The testing specialist carries out its execution and further testing to
check its efficiency, determine bugs and solve occurred program-related problems. The lead

maintains speed and quality. Designer for user interface mainly uses to develop and design
various interfaces of the user which compares various computer designs and its consistency.
The manager for research and development usually maintains the quantitative and qualitative

part of a team and depending on its management. I have analysed that because it’s a project

the team towards the entire work of project within a particular group that leads to a great risk
and major delay in project execution. I have analysed that it became difficult for the entire
team to make the deliveries of the determined project set on the given or desired time due to
lack work tightening and this finally results into not meeting of the desired task. Also, risk
related to customer frequent changing requirements occur that disturbs all planning. I have
analysed that several measures must be determined to overcome these associated risks by
providing proper training to unaware and inexperienced staff.

quality plan that comprises of responsiveness, assurance, tangibility, reliability and empathy.

either on social media applications. I have analysed that the system created must provide
notification to users on regular basis especially to old, active as well as newly joined peoples
allowing them to grab all latest updates about the offered Getaways Travels services. By
implementing these changes the project or the entire system will be enhanced with great
efficiencies.

In week 12 I have planned to determine the changes or amendments which are being required
within the developed system for Getaways Travels. I have analysed several changes that are
required in the developed system of Getaways Travels which are described as aware several
users by providing details regarding the available nearby stores which is performed by
tracking the location this enables the user to make their purchase directly from stores. I have
