3.5. Objectives & Constraints
The objective of the project schedule is to manage all the task of the project of ‘Getaways
Travels’ in proper sequence, and in a very consistent manner leading to the best execution of the
task planned. As it helps in scheduling the entire task performed in ‘Getaways Travels’ project
which further results in minimizing the time. The constraints of project schedule are that if all

4. Proposed strategic alignment plan
Figure 3: Strategic Alignment Plan
In the strategic alignment plan, initially Goals are decided for the project of ‘Getaways Travels’
which includes development an online travel system that ensures the user to purchase online
tickets of flights, enquiry of flight schedule, searching a flight, checking its future schedules,
tracking of flights etc. We want to achieve several Desired Outcomes of making a system for
‘Getaways Travels’ that must be user-friendly and reliable for granting additional features and
achieving passenger ease. We will get there by following several Strategies that divides the task
among all team members and distributing the responsibilities by forming a work breakdown
structure. Also the project is being scheduled so that the task can be done in minimum time and
effectively. We can measure the success of the ‘Getaways Travels’ project by measuring the
Targets that needs to be achieved which can be done by properly analyzing the desired Results.
